Went this afternoon with my 2 toddlers. I lost my receipt, so I’ll do my best to describe the cashier who took our order. She had a nose ring and black eyeliner on. She was amazing. She genuinely greeted us and took our order. I only ordered 1 kids meal for my kids to split, and I didn’t know it came with a little treat. When our order was ready she had 2 little treats, one for each of my kids. This type of detail makes all the difference in returning customers. I really appreciated her attentiveness and kindness. She was also keeping busy while no one was in line to order. The atmosphere was clean, the order was made quickly and the food was delicious. 15/10

Definitely worth a stop if you are in California. Was suggested this place by many people before I headed out here for work. I’m glad made the stop at this burger place. Service was great and fast. The price for food was reasonable. Will be making a stop at this place again before heading back home.

The food is usually served made to order fresh and hot. However, the last (2) times there the fries were not fresh and hot. The Double Char I had was not hot, and my wife’s Char Barbecue Chicken Sandwich also was not hot, plus on top of that her shake was sitting. So, with that being said, the last couple times there the service hasn’t been what it usually is. The main problem is the timing – part of the order is ready and sitting while waiting for the rest of the order. By the time you receive the order, the part of the order that was ready first is Luke warm to cold. The food served there is usually good. But, management would be wise to inform staff to be better at the timing aspect. Get the full order to the customer fresh and hot.

The burgers are fine and the food is prepared only after an order is placed, but the timing is bad which allows fries to sit and go soggy while the shakes melt into chocolate soup waiting for the burgers to be finished grilling. If we weren’t taking our order to go, I would have insisted on fresher sides.

I’ve ordered twice from them in the last three months and both times the food has come dry, stale, and cold. It’s just not worth it to eat here anymore. The only time the food seems to be even okay is if you eat in the restaurant. If you order it through Doordash or to-go don’t even bother.

I grew up with the original HH in Goleta! For the most part, I love the food. The only complaint I have is for H.H. in Lompoc, when I try to call in an order to go for my next 8hr shift, they will not take my order! As a customer on the go, this is not convenient . I have to take my business to the competitor for my phone orders.

CIA the manager is very rude and disrespectful to all the customers. CIA curse and yells at the customers at the Store.
