I gave four stars for the service but the food was three stars to me. It was good sushi but not my favorite place to get it. I did finally try “Monkey Brains” and I really liked them. My favorite roll was the”Lake Isabella” because it was so spicy. The cucumber roll was good just not great. The server was very nice and service was quick. Good place to get a fast and good meal.

Not incredibly impressed. Service was confusing and a bit snippy but understandable for a Friday night; that’s dismissable. Im sure they have great service otherwise. The sushi rolls were good but I wouldn’t rate them amazing. Poke bowl was basic; not amazing. I feel the use of additional or a variety of ingredients could have definitely increased the presentation, quality, and taste of both the sushi rolls and the bowl .

This place never fails in quality. Sometimes service can be lacking, even on slow nights, but on average it’s pretty good. Hubby and I come in for a regular date night and are never disappointed. Love the All-you-can-eat. Been to other places that have the same with smaller portions of fish, tons of rice, and made sloppily, but not here. Rolls and nigiri are made the same as if ordered off the regular menu. And if you absolutely love garlic, get the garlic edamame.

This was my first time at this restaurant and I can honestly say I was blown away. The interior of this location is very well done and I felt comfortable as soon as I walked in the door. The lighting, the seating and the instant greeting from the employees was a nice change from most restaurants in town.

Best Japanese restaurant in town! Their customer service is excellent and the food is delicious. The sushi we ordered was fresh and very pleasing for the Gram (complete with a LED and everything!) but the poke bowls are what keeps us coming back. I expect that this restaurant will really take off as we were some of their first customers on their opening weekend. Will definitely be returning!

I love this place! Great portions for the price. Buffet is my favorite in town!! I would give 5 stars but it’s hard to get in and out of there during an hour lunch break. Other than slow service AT TIMES… I would highly recommend this place.

I went to Yamato Sushi & Bar last month for one of my daughter’s birthdays. We loved it so much that my other daughter wanted to go for her birthday. Again the food was excellent, the service was fantastic and the well decorated atmosphere was just beautiful. This is the place to be if you want to have good sushi, a good time and the best part karaoke.

It was terrible! Sushi tasted too vinegary and they have too many rules for their all you can eat, including if you don’t finish your roll you get charged the entire price of the roll, extra! Also fountain drinks are 2.50, each glass! No free refills. Terrible food and terrible prices. Don’t recommend.

Good sushi. Nice atmosphere. Comparable choices and flavors, but I would recommended it to others to decide for themselves. If you are hungry, and cool with not sharing then the all you can eat option looks worth the cost.
