This is the saddest excuse of a fast food restaurant they have no pride in their work or the food they make. I got two tacos and a soda paid$8.88 The tacos were so sad and pathetic that I went in and had them remake them and even an employee inside agreed that they were sadly made. But that was for them to make the same sad pathetic tacos that they made me in the drive-thru. I figure it’s pretty hard to screw up a taco but when you have no pride in their food ,work ,or their customers it makes a sad excuse for a restaurant. Anytime I go to any other Hardee’s I never have an issue with their food only this one.

What a joke 30 plus dollars the whole order was wrong semi warm. Fries tossed in the bottom of the bag. Took 20 min already to get the food not going back to waste more time. This location would be better off closed. Your wages should stay at 5.75 an hour cause that’s the quality you provided. Oh and soon as we pull up to order can’t make 1/2 of the menu. Time to start evaluating your business plan.

I would have left zero stars if I could. I was at this location about 3 days ago, and ordered two biscuits and gravies and a small dr. pepper, the total was eleven dollars and some change. The food was good enough to eat. However today I went back and ordered the same thing. Total was eight dollars and fifteen cents, but the biscuits were raw. My husbands was actually runny dough. We will never be back.

I visit here frequently and today was one of the WORST experience’s. Linda one of the managers was working drive thru. I ordered my food an said with that can I get a tea with light ice. As I pull around the cashier was talking to a gentleman who appeared to be doing work inside, she grabbed a cup filled it with ice to the top and put it under the tea. I tried getting her attention but it didn’t work. She finally opened the window and I said I’m sorry but I watched you fill the tea cup of ice. She immediately had attitude and said “no I did not” as I said ma’am I watched you she said “no you didn’t” she went walking back n forth getting the food and saying how she did light ice and saying something about me… Needless to say she argued with me over ice and then slammed my card down an forgot to pay for my order she was so upset. I said ” ma’am my card” Linda was her name replied with a bigger attitude and said ” I haven’t paid for your food yet” then closed the window.

This was the worst fast food service I’ve ever experienced. Ordered a #2 meal large and also a #15 regular meal, was told to pull over to spot 3 to wait for our food. Waited for 12 minutes to be brought our food and it was all completely wrong. We told the guy and he took our bag back inside. I figured I’d just go in this time and make sure we get the right order. I seen the guy take our sandwhich out of the bag that we had returned to him (that I had opened and touched the bun) and was going to put into another persons bag. They then give us our order, I double checked before we left or I thought I did. My hot ham sandwhich was still cold ham on a hot bun and the burger was wrapped in the wrong wrapper and was a complete different burger and the patty was rubbery. Never again. Waste of $23

I’ve always liked Hardee’s food but no matter where I go the service is lacking. I realize that depending on the time of my visit my food may be made upon ordering which could take longer. But this time my food was delicious and still hot! I was suitably impressed!

Update…6-29-23… decided to try again. Ordered tacos…lol….ended up at Taco Bell… because Hardee’s was not serving tacos because they didn’t have shells. Seriously wish you could give negative stars

Ordered a number 10 chicken BLT got a piece of chicken and two pickles cold soggy fries sweet tea got tea that wasn’t sweet waited in the line in the heat 15 minutes second time this has happened will not be back this place is really went downhill!

Cold fries, ok I can deal with that but when you order a frisco burger and are expecting swiss cheese but instead get yellow (yellow not a good with a frisco style burger) and you ask them about it and they respond or would you like me to refund you for the burger?
