What’s a shame is this waffle house. I HAVE NEVER BEEN TO A WORST ESTABLISHMENT. The food was cold and nasty the tables were dirty with no one in the establishment. They refused to call the manager for us to talk to him I asked for contact for Amber and they refused to provide like I could not get it. They set their own rules telling u that u can’t take any of ur food to go. The cook walked with food on spatula around the other cook to plate (unsanitary definitely a violation) the blond headed server then decides to debate the service that we questioned (unprofessional) she ate the entire time we was in there with her hands while serving or lack of service shall I say. The cooks complained and refused to even accommodate small request (like chop meat on grill) never been more disappointed in service at a waffle house establishment..

I think there were only 2 working. They had half the restaurant closed because it was one server and one cook. That was fine. They were working their butts off and doing a great job! Food and service was awesome as always. Keep up the good work.

Second location I’ve been to that is not doing to-go orders. South College location has a sign posted saying To-Go orders only from 9pm-6am, cool! Before leaving to come on campus, I called the store to see if they were the same. Automated system tells you they are not taking to go orders over the phone, but you can come in to get a to-go order. Now once I’m here I get told by Terry, no they can’t do to-go orders because they will get in trouble!! Had to sit down and order then ask for a to-go box JUST to get a kids waffle, two eggs scrambled with cheese and grits for my 4 year old.

It was just us when we went. About 3am. They were only doing dine in. It was nice, food was good and fast, and it was open. I wish there were more places open early like Waffle House.

The food was over cooked. Steak was super dry and unable to be eaten. Grits had huge hard lumps in them! Waitress named Tatiana had a nasty attitude and said to remake the steak another would be charged. Very unprofessional and the cook didn’t even apologize or have anything to say he actually went to the back parlaying. We’ve eaten at this location before and never had this issue. I don’t feel we should had been charged for unedible food.
