I have been going to Dunkin donuts and Baskin-Robbins for years. I go there with my wife at least three to four times a week and at least two to three times a day. I have visited all of the Dunkin donuts in the area. We have been to Portage,Valparaiso,Hobart,and Merrillville. This Dunkin donuts is by far the best of all! They are a young crew but they are extremely polite and professional. I have been there over a dozen times straight now and have not had one single mishap with my order or problem with service. I would give them a ten star rating if it was possible. I live in Valparaiso but I drive to this one every time I go to Dunkin donuts 4 coffee. The two of Valparaiso by us are absolutely ridiculous. I recently made a post like this one about them and since then the service has gone down tremendously. Thank you guys for everything.

The person who took my order and collected my money was nice and friendly. However whoever made my wraps did not put the correct project on it and when I called they tried to assure me that it was the correct one but I worked at Dunkin for almost 2 years and I know the difference. And the product which I requested is more expensive than the product they gave me so if they continue to give people the incorrect product they are ripping their customers off. Not to mention this is the 3rd I’ve went and my coffee wasn’t even right. Get it together guys

The music was so loud it made communication difficult. The donuts are WAY overpriced. Over $14 dollars a dozen and they are not as good as they once were. I waited at the counter for two minutes and there were several people at the front and during my wait not one single person acknowledged me or even said, good morning. Rather than having the pricing on the case next to the items they instead have the calorie count which is not very useful. Done with Dunkin!!!

This dunkin is horrible for being opened so soon. They will consistently pull you up every time for food. They have gotten my food order wrong on multiple occasions or didn’t even include it all. Today I got a large coffee and a sandwich and hasbrowns. Got my coffee and they pulled me up for my food like everytime. Took them 20 minutes to make one sandwich. At 15 minutes I walked in and asked for my food and he was still making it. Got home and the sandwich was completely wrong. 20 minutes and still didn’t get it right. So I went back through the drive thru. Waited at menu for 5 minutes then when they pulled me up to the window I litterally waited another 5 minutes for all of them to stop talking and having conversations about where they lived as I am looking at them with receipt and food in hand. And the crazy part is 2 managers were also talking and not helping. There was no one in front of me and they said they were short on staff but there were 5 employees and 2 managers and no one was ahead of me and still I get my food wrong and wait 25+ minutes. The morning people are awesome. The afternoon people are a gamble. Double check your food before leaving with this place and expect to wait 5+ minutes in the parking lot for your food even if it’s hashbrowns.

Ordered Iced Decaf cream, sugar, and 2 French vanilla creamers, and a boston cream donut. Ordered inside, the donut was just dropped in the bag, landed sideways so most of the chocolate was on the bag. My iced coffee was decaf and 2 sugars and cream. NO FRENCH VANILLA CREAMER

I think I can speak for most people when I say that everyone wants quick and quality coffee in the morning. I wish I could tell you about the quality of the coffee, but I didn’t wait long enough to find out. The drive-thru was stretching across the parking lot and didn’t move for 10 whole minutes, before repeating that same wait with the next car. If you were to go to a sit-down restaurant just to order a cup of coffee, you’d probably be in and out faster than this Dunkin’s drive-thru.

every time i go to this dunkin my food is cold, my bag is wet for some reason?, and my food looks like it was quite literally was thrown at the wall and then put in the bag. i expected more from the new dunkin but it seems like whoever is cooking the food in the mornings needs a day off or something.. i get the wake up wraps and the tortilla is always burnt, my eggs are always cold when i get them and they don’t fold the tortilla it looks like they crumble it in their hand and then put it in the bag. i’m super disappointed
