The food and drinks were fantastic! The Zenyatta Martini followed by Poached Halibut entree was a perfect choice Al Fresco! Next time we’ll reserve for indoor seating.

I always tell people that the best restaurants aren’t in the heart of Boston period!!! This restaurant surpassed my expectations of the finest Italian dining and I’m a huge fan after my first red veal milanese!! The beer and wine selections were on the spot! The waitress that my girlfriend and her mom and I had for our evening was extremely SUPERB! She was very professional, interactive, and knowledgeable about the menus and everything worked out greatly! The manager was awesome as hell too! He was very attentive and ensuring that we had a great dinner and etc! I’m returning for more of dishes!!!

We went there early (about 5:00pm) and were seated right away. Our waitress (Christine) was friendly and very knowledgeable about the menu. We had a few questions which she answered without hesitation. My husband & I both had the lasagna (mine with spinach). I have to say, it was the best lasagne I have EVER had. It was delicious!! I loved everything about this restaurant and look forward to a return visit!

Great restaurant for the area. Definitely five stars for the area, but not comparable to Boston fine dining. Service was excellent. Cocktails and food were prepared promptly. Good layout of restaurant. No complaints, other than not the most flavorful food. Cooked well, but lacking in flavor.

Food is 5 stars service at the bar 1 star. Negatives: When we arrived at 6:15 the bar tender already had the deer in headlight look with no customers. I had a bottle of beer taken that half full when I was not looking, my date had a martini taken when not looking with a 1/3 left. It did not get better as night progressed. There are 20 tables, at times they had two bartenders. The need to learn how to deal with a rush. By 8:00 things had chilled but we still had to beg for the desert menu and to order desert as the bartender stood there drying glasses. Main course took 45 minutes. Positives: food is outstanding. Had crispy eggplant milanese, Bruschetta with beef meatball. Both highly recommended. For main course I had the stuffed chicken breast. The meat was so tender, I had it with the oil and garlic sauce, one of the best meals in a while.

This place has a nice, romantic ambiance and delicious food. Its a bit pricey but nice to have a fine dining option available to us in Walpole. The owner has been there most of the times we’ve gone and he’s super nice, you can tell he loves the place and its reflected in the food. We usually sit at the bar, the bartender is super nice and friendly, great service. Can’t comment on the service in the dining room since we’ve never sat in there. Overall, would definitely recommend.

I love this place! Food is great; Bartenders are friendly and have wonderful suggestions. Lovely, cozy atmosphere in dining room with gas fireplace. Tuesday/Wednesday specials are fantastic. One of my favorite places!

I had appetizers with co workers here. The selection of microbrews is good. The atmosphere is modern. The truffle fries are amazing. We also had bruschetta, meatballs and braised short ribs. They were all excellent. We met the owners, and they were good, down to earth people. I would feel good about spending my money here because it’s a local family run restaurant providing high quality food and you don’t have travel to Boston.

We had dinner on a Saturday night. The place was busy.We sat at the bar. Only 1 bartender for the whole restaurant. He was answering phones, seating guests, making drinks, getting food. It was ridiculous. Took 40 minutes to get a salad. We ordered Veal Chop and was told they cooked a pork chop instead. The pork chop came very rare. Needless to say terrible experience .They definitely need more help….ruined our night .Left hungry and still paid the bill ..should of definitely been comped.

I’ve been here twice. Most recently we went for the dinner specials last week. We ordered the small plate short ribs – should be called microscopic plate. The salad was really just mesclun and very bitter. the dipping oil for the bread just tasted like olive oil. The meatballs in the spaghetti and meatballs were like charcoal and everything was swimming in sauce. It’s nice for a drink maybe because it’s a cool atmosphere but the food is overpriced and just not good
