Placed an online order. Pickup was supposed to be at 8:41 but didn’t get it almost 25 minutes later. The location is in such a bad place and you can feel unsafe. One of the guys bringing people their food to the cars was smoking a cigarette while giving the food to the people. I was waiting so long that the cook came out and asked what we ordered. He got one of the pizzas wrong, asked for no cheese on it. But he was nice even when I got a little, just a little, attitude. Because we waited so long, we were given a free 2 liter of our choice and the pizza came out great. That cheese pull was amazing and my kids liked the pizza. I’m not sure if I’ll order from them again but I do believe in second chances. The location really do need to change, it’s in a bad area and the drive thru may need to go as well.

My oh my how things have changed at this location. Me and my 2 grandkids always visited this location every Sunday after church for 2 years straight. If I recall Brian was the lead general manager. He was such a good guy who always helped me and my 2 grandkids with service or any special requests we had. Fast forward to today and I was informed he no longer is the gm there. I decided to try it anyway and I can say NOTHING IS THE SAME. Pizza was cold with minimal toppings and the wings were half cooked. Customer service was absolutely horrible. Attitudes and the smell of cigarette were all inside the building. I will not be coming back. When the old general manger left is when things took a turn for the worse is what I heard. Don’t waste your time here.

I love the stuffed pretzel crust pepperoni pizza with the cheese sauce. But I have to order it without the salt on the crust, because if they put the salt on it, its WAY too salty…and I’m someone who always adds salt to food, so if it’s too salty for me, then it is practically unediable to other people. The cheese bread is awesome. Thin crust is okay…my husband loves it.

I’ve been using this location, out of convenience, for several months. However I am so disappointed with yesterday. I realize that it was Super Bowl Sunday. That’s why I ordered online several days ago and chose a 5:30 pick up. I arrived at 5:45 only to find out that they hadn’t even looked at the order!!!! Come on, do better! Train your employees! Many months I have overlooked the lack of professionalism, but this was the straw that broke the camel’s back. I was late for my party!

I would Honestly give zero stars. I’m soooo annoyed by this experience. We ordered food and was suppose to be delivered between 7:28-7:36pm. My boyfriend drove up to the place for them to have the door locked. He told me a few other people were waiting for someone to come to the door. FINALLY an employee came and opened the door and said “ we are out of boxes and have no way of making any pizzas so they can go out”. Like what!!! So where is the customer service of calling the people that placed the orders or something so no one had to drive. Ridiculous! And why did one employee ignore people and then the second one acknowledge.

I often buy LCP from other locations but this one is horrible stay away from this particular store. Pizza wasn’t hot, the sauce was sour, it was tiny and, with an extra wide crust. The crust was bigger than the pepperoni!
