Picked up order tonight and cashier was nice and very helpful!! But I got home, the breadsticks were awful and even paid for extra sauce but only got 4!! The pizza wasn’t that good so next time I’m asking to see it before I leave. Not very happy tonight hopefully next time it will be better !!

The food looked unedible, but it actually was really good. It could have been if it had been hot n ready when I arrived. I had to wait like 10 minutes for it. I ordered online, and I waited the 15 mins b4 going to pick it up and still had to wait. Even Doordarshan was made to wait. The pizza looked like it had been sitting out all day. The wings are what I had to wait on, and they weren’t even Luke warm. It all tasted great, but cold food is not my idea a good time.

Once I used Pizza Hut off 17th street in Sarasota and the GM and food was great. But moved to Lakewood Ranch and too many negativity remarks on this sight off 70. Management here in Bradenton really needs to clean up the acts as mold is the turning point for me. I will never go to Pizza Hut again except one off 17th street. Owners clean up the act in Bradenton. These remarks are terrible and does hurt business.

Only two employees working while having 30 orders, still workers think its funny to talk to regulars and joke around, if cant hire people you guys need to change something. Waiting for order 2 pizzas and wings for almost one hour, this is just ridiculous.

I called about an order I placed on the app. I called about 10 minutes after the app told me the delivery would be at my door, so I asked the store when I could expect the pizzas. They said they had no order for my phone number. I told them I placed it on the app and asked if they could look it up another way. They said “I don’t know how to do that.” The store indicated if I still wanted it I’d have to start a new order and it’d be another 40 minutes. Having toddlers to feed and already being late for dinner, I asked how I get my money back for the order I placed on the app. She said she didn’t know and told me to hold for a manager. I held for a long time, a manager never picked up. About four hours later (940pm), I found pizza on the ground outside my front door. Apparently it was delivered about an hour after my conversation with the store, but I didn’t know until after 940pm. Clearly the pizza will be trashed as bugs got to it. I will be contacting for a refund, if anyone will answer the phone.

This is the second time I ordered from this pizza hut on SR70 in Bradenton, FL. Didn’t know it was this close to my house. It’s my go to, now for pizza. Staff have been friendly every time I’ve gone in. Store and restroom, clean, no eat in area. Food is made to order, hot and ready when I arrive. I recommend this Pizza Hut for carryout.
