I ordered sweet and sour chicken and got pork, it was disgusting. Chicken fried rice, that was pork and was not even the texture of rice. The white rice was mush. Again, not even the texture of white rice. The crab ragoon!!! How do you mess up crab ragoon. It was watery and very little filling inside. The chicken lo mein was just okay. The only thing I will eat out of all of this only because I’m hungry. Unfortunately $45 down the drain. Won’t order again.

We ordered chicken two chicken combination plates. Didn’t get the rice egg rolls. . And only got one chicken with broccoli . Very disappointed. Never again . Plus didn’t get the rice . I miss the old owners. Hopefully I get my money back.

The food was terrible, everything we got. Chicken fried rice, chicken lomein, spring rolls, Szechuan chicken, honey chicken, crab Rangoon, teriyaki chicken. I have never had Chinese food this horrible. I will not give it another chance. I am beyond disappointed. I am just baffled at how bad it is.

Very disappointed in this place lately , we order from here quite a bit , some days the food is cold other days the food is great , the last 2 times I have ordered they have forgotten part of my order , when I call about it the guy is rude ! No apologie or nothing just unprofessional. So then I wait for them to drop off the missing item and the food is rock hard , cold , just terrible , I’m sorry but for someone who spends 43 dollars on food then has to wait another hour to get the stuff they missed , and the whole order being gross . Not okay ! Iv gave this place a chance so many times .

Ordered ahead online for a slow time in the afternoon and the food didn’t show up at all. I called after 45 min and the employee didn’t give me any details. I called again 30 min later and they told me that it’d be here in a little bit. Food never arrived. Customer service was terrible.

My family enjoys the food from Chinatown kitchen. Our orders are always custom requests, no onion, no veg… we’re difficult… the order is correct 9 out 10 and they are quick to fix the order. Regular happy customer since 2004. I recommend the triple delight! #supportlocal
