Food was made fresh to order took 10 minutes but hey you can’t put a price on freshness. The score on atmosphere is only because it’s like a roach coach salsitas so it wasn’t a full menu, nowhere to sit no chairs and it was outside and it was already 104°F @ 9 a.m. for my lunch.

Food was delicious! Got tacos and carne asada fries, delicious! The salsas were awesome, both red and green ones were amazing! Just as good, maybe even better than the other salsitas around. Definitely worth the try if you haven’t had them!

Three generously plump Carne Asada Burritos, Four simply delicious Tacos (two Carne Asada and two Pollo), and one incredibly delicious and plentiful Nachos Supreme have proven to me that Salsitas IS great and authentic Mexican!!! Prices are very reasonable and you get plenty of food for what little you spend. We can’t wait to come back again.

I got a simple bean burrito and taste like they burned the beans. And was almost like they gave it to me on purpose because I didn’t tip I wanted to see if they were worth the $15 that I spent for a bean burrito and a drink.

This food truck has been here for many years now. They started really good with great tasty food choices to good service. Recently they have turned to one of the worst places to eat. Meat is now chewy and feels old. They have not improved or desired to improve this location they seem to own beyond the food truck. They can’t even bring themselves to fix the entryway from the street. Obviously they don’t want to move up from how they are now. I am done giving this place third chances to get any better.

The best tasting carne asada quesadillas!!! The creamy green sauce hot and so delicious!!!! So much great flavor!!! My husband thought the sauces were to hot. I found them to have great flavor. Will be back. Didn’t have a problem with the girl at the front taking the orders was friendly. Highly recommend trying!!
