Ordered a delivery of a chicken sandwich and coleslaw from KFC-Bryan’s Rd, MD, but I had to throw out the coleslaw, and I could tell that the chicken was not freshly cooked!! I’m sure it had been warming for a while!! Besides that…as if this wasn’t bad enough, the bag was not even sealed!!! I will NEVER eat/order from this KFC location ever again!!! The one in Waldorf is sooo much better…usually!!

Went through the drive thru and got attitude during my order. Got the order and it was wrong. Went back inside to correct it and again got attitude. Was asked to bring the food back to prove it was wrong. They took the fries that were wrong and put them back!! The “manager” and 2 other workers laughed when I said something about it. Customers be warned about the food here! The 3 working that afternoon should be fired! Who knows what else they do to the food if they put stuff back after a customer had it!? I will never be going back. Ever.

What happened to KFC!? The bucket of chicken we got was so awful we ended up tossing it out. Greasy, soggy & looked so unappetizing. I wish I could say that this is an isolated event, but this has happened the last two times we got it.

Find another KFC if you can. No matter how many times I come, they always give a completely wrong order. Food is never ready, have to wait, then when it comes it’s not what you ordered. If you do go, check your food before you drive off- don’t ever trust that it’s right.

The rudest ladies I have ever had to encounter at a KFC. Plus it makes no sense to make someone move their vehicle in a drive thru when there are no customers waiting behind them. Whenever I have had to go park in the front I always have to go inside and get my food like they forget about you. I will never go to this Bryans Road establishment ever again.

Our food is usually good. We know not to come after a certain time but was wishing for the best. We weren’t extremely disappointed that they had no extra crispy dark. We were more disappointed that the chicken raggedy.

Today, I went to this KFC and ordered a number 1 (one), which consisted of a leg and a thigh. I requested a side of cole slaw, and an extra side of green beans. When I arrived at the window to pay for and receive my order, I was told they were out of thighs, and would I accept a wing in its place. Well accepted the substitution, reluctantly. When I arrived home, I found that my the chicken was not fresh; appeared to have been warmed over. To top it, I received mashed potatoes instead of cole slaw. Is this KFC going out of business? What has happened to them? I wasted my money. I throughout the chicken and didn’t eat the mash potatoes.
