Ordered two sandwiches, both sausage egg and cheese. Obviously not sausage. I like both, so I ate mine. It was good. Wife won’t eat bacon, so almost 5 bucks wasted. Try to do better y’all!

I placed an online order for a dozen donuts and customized what donuts I wanted, just basic choices like glazed and strawberry. Well, when I pulled up to the drive-thru, Makayla or however you spell her name rudely said “we don’t have any of your donuts.” I asked what other options were there. And she said “nothing that you want.” At this point I was done with her rudeness and asked to get an assorted option. I come home and open it and BAM there’s 3 glazed donuts in my box. Like girl, you just said there’s no glazed donuts? So now I’m thinking there was probably the donuts I wanted and she was just too lazy to get them. Makayla was honestly the rudest person I’ve ever encountered at Dunkin and I honestly feel like it is not worth it for management to keep her as an employee. She was so condescending towards me and acted like I was stupid. I do understand if someone is having a bad day but that does not excuse someone’s condescending attitude towards another person.

This Dunkin is always quick! Even when drive thru line is long they are fast to get orders out! Very polite staff day or night. Location is new and always clean looking. Even new employees are friendly and helpful. I’d recommend this location.

One year update, still a one star. Dirty, smells, cold coffee, no donuts. At least one person is in uniform, unless dragon shirt and hoods count. The kids running the place are still friendly. Ended up getting a refund on the coffee after trying a second time.
