We order from here at least once a week. At least we did! This time the spaghetti tasted like it was boiled in soapy water and the person that cooked it forgot to wash their hands before they placed the breadstick in the box, so they tasted soapy too! I’d visit a different giovanni’s if I were you!

First and only time ordering from this one and my pizza and breadsticks with cheese were so burnt I could hardly even eat them when I got home. I ate one slice of pizza and couldn’t even eat the crust as it was hard as a rock. Also when I went to pick it up they saw me come to the window and walked the opposite way. I ended up standing there for about 5 minutes when I finally pressed the doorbell and they came back.

Traveling all day. Decided to stop & have a Giovanni pizza. My husband’s favorite. Pizza was good. Was having a nice meal until a couple with 6 kids came in. They were running and screaming through the place. The parents couldn’t or wouldn’t control them. The kept telling them to sit down but they didn’t. We hurried to finish. My husband asked if they acted that way all the time. Mother said yes. They were just kids. We told her that kids should not act like that in a restaurant. The dad told us to watch what we said. The owners should have said something to them.

I’m not sure they even deserve one star because the only good thing I can say about the whole experience is that the pizza was good lol they didn’t give us anything to serve the pizza with and when I asked for something they brought me a hamburger spatula. I mean I guess it works but I asked for a pitcher of water for us to drink to make it easier and that didn’t even work out to well. They brought it out with one layer of ice floating on top of the pitcher ohhh wait back up its faucet water by the way which i mean it can still be good so I asked for a pitcher of ice and they brought it to us in a dirty pitcher. It’s been awhile since I’ve been there and I don’t remember even having an issue

I never do this, but I’m no longer permitted to order from this Giovanni‘s is what the owner told me. With that being said we were just trying to get our order fixed. We ordered breadsticks with cheese and had items added to them like we have multiple times before. She said they don’t put toppings on breadsticks and two sandwiches were burnt in my opinion.One sandwich was made wrong. Don’t get me wrong I know us humans make mistakes. She would not admit they messed up or fix it and didn’t professionally handle the situation. So I strongly suggest not wasting your time or money on this place.

I ordered a pizza last night, I’ve ordered from there before and have been disappointed.. but, it’s the only place that delivers. But, never again!! I will drive clear to Columbus for something to eat, before I would ever order from that place again. Not only does it take them at least an hour, they are very expensive, and I’ve never seen a pepperoni on a pizza I’ve ordered for my grandson. The $40.00 order we received last night. Was absolutely horrible, completely not what we ordered. Had to throw it out. Then I had to cook something. Nope, don’t recommend this place

Always professional, always deliver quickly even when extremely busy (within the hour), always informed if the wait may be longer than the usual 30 mins. Food has never failed to meet or exceed expectations. Their 18″ cheese sticks with bacon is amazing. This business has never been stingy with toppings. Food has never been undercooked , it has been a little more well done a few times, but I like that so no complaints from this satisfied customer. 5 stars.

Very disappointing. I ordered a pizza for my boyfriend and our son at 8. Paid over the phone as I am out of town. At 10:40 They still haven’t received the order. I called to check the status and was told they didn’t have an order and the last pizza they had was from 7pm. Manager was very rude and said she didn’t know what to tell me because everything is already shut down (close at 11).
