Pizza is good tasting…. Don’t be fooled by the gluten free advertised crust, they don’t seem to take any precautions in avoiding cross contamination, they don’t change their gloves or anything. If you have even mild reactions to gluten prepare to be sick.

Horrible, awful, despicable customer service. I can’t properly rate the food as we were turned away and didn’t get anything. Hours online AND on the door very clearly state open til 8:00. Tried calling multiple times at 7:30 and no answer. Finally decided to go in at 7:45 to get my birthday dinner for myself and my family since they obviously weren’t going to answer the phone. When I got there, they told me they wouldn’t take my order because they were almost done closing. At 7:50!!!! So when asked why they wouldn’t answer the phone, they said “Yeah, we turn our phones and online ordering off at 7:30.” Ok really??? You don’t even have to wait for ovens or fryers to cool off!!!! If you’re going to stop helping customers at 7:30 then change your freaking operating hours to say you close at 7:30. Employees close shop and get ready to go AFTER business hours. Sure, if you’re not helping anyone, do some side cleaning, but still be available to help customers. This is such bad business practice.

Do you like your pizza on your terms? Check out Papa Murphy’s in North Ogden. You call it in and when you get there it’s ready to fly. Cook it in your own oven and viola! Hot n Fresh & awesome. I went with the Large Cheeseburger pizza this time. Yum!

I had a buy one get one free coupon for a few days so I went to order my favorite pizza the Mediterranean chicken Only to be told they discounted it a dollar just so it wouldn’t qualify for the buy one get one deal. If you’re going to run a deal at least have all the pizzas available so we can get them for the deal. I’m sure it’s not just this Papa Murphy’s fault but it’s ridiculous. I can go other places with a buy one get one coupon and get any pizza that I want. I went to the chat on the customer service line and they offered me a whopping 25% off instead of half off. Such generosity but it didn’t solve the problem that I had in the first place which was it. After seeing this post, the manager called me and did offer me the buy one get one free with the pizza.

I love this place. Also as a friendly tip if you haven’t tried Hawaiian pizza with the white sauce instead of the tomato sauce then you should. One of the employees at one of their locations recommended this to us and I’ve ordered it that way ever since!
