Order pizza from here two to three times a week, sometimes we have a baby here and the delivery drivers are amazing whenever I ask that they call due to the baby being asleep, never miss. The customer service from these guys is immaculate let alone the food being a 5 star, thank you.

I got a burnt pizza from dominoes twice. The first time I let it go thinking they will improve the next time. But it was even worst the next time. I have always ordered well done pizzas but it was never burnt like this. When I told them that this is burnt they told me that it was dominoes well done standard. I had been having good service but since 1 or 2 months there have been really bad service maybe be due to some new workers. The pizza tasted burned when me and my family ate it. So we had to throw it away since it tasted really bad. I hope they will improve their service the next time.

I ordered Cinnamon Twist a Very basic pizza that came with spinach chicken and Alfredo sauce. THERE WAS BARELY ANY CHICKEN OR SPINACH! Even worse i drive 17 minutes away to realize I was given unwanted bread sticks and no Cinnamon Twist. I take a detour back to the dominions with our COLD FOOD just for the RUDE COOK AVERY to tell me I can’t receive compensation because I ordered a hour ago (which was 30 minutes) and that I should’ve called. She had ZERO REMORSE for our inconveniences. Made me regret tipping this place or ever coming back again.

I dont know why but today on 12/26 its beyond nasty. I bought a cheesy stuff bread that had dry hard cheese and no flavor. I also ordered a buffalo chicken sandwich, my son opened the box and its all burnt cheese and little to no chicken. Pictures provided. side note: I made him try it even tho it was all burnt cheese he threw it away. Whoever made this food should only wash the dishes. 🙁

Destiny is the worst manager. She doesn’t have any customer service skills. I picked up my pizza and got it home. Upon opening the box to feed my family and my seven year old, all three of my pizzas were bubbled, dry and burnt. My wife tried to return them to the store for a refund. The manager said it wasn’t their fault. The pizzas sat on the warmer to long and that’s what caused them to bubble, dry out and caused the bottoms to be burned.

This was the first time I had horrible experience. I paid for food I did not get. It was old and cold. It was a pepperoni pizza someone threw onions and mushrooms on after it sat in the window. I paid extra for sauces I did not get. I didn’t even get sauces that came with order. Working as a GM of a few restaurants, I knew it would be in store credit! I don’t want that! This was pure negligence. Not a mistake! I never write reviews! Shame on you, GM, lack of involvement. It shows!
