Visited this location today on 4/22 , placed my order & went around to check out. I was looking at them grab pizza & noticed they were pulling out extra pizza from under where they display it. Whole pizzas were sitting on a rolling cart underneath where employees grab pizza from the showcase. Whole pizzas were sitting less than a foot off the ground uncovered right by where the employees were standing & working !! Absolutely disgusting. One employee stated “oh well when we reheat the pizza the germs go away” never seen anything like this. Extremely unsanitary!! The health department needs to come in.

I ate there for the first time in a while. The worker was nice but You can’t tell me with any form of honesty *that’s* and XL slice of pizza. It hardly fills half the box. I paid five bucks for a basically a regular slice. I couldn’t even go get a refund because I was already running late for work. The food on the line looked old except for the pepperoni. Disappointing.

The customer service was awful. I asked for a meal, paid for a meal, when it came time for the girl to ring me out she didn’t even wait for the customer she had previously to be done with what she was doing. The whole thing was rushed and unprofessional. When she handed me my food that just came out of an oven she said it’s hot, but still proceeded to hang me hot food. didn’t even ask if I wanted bag, never gave me my beverage and proceeded to try to not give me my bread sticks either. So then I had to carry my hot food in my hand all the way back to my work as I was on lunch break. She needs to be trained on customer service and safety standards.

Honestly the pizza is good, but I don’t like that the employees roll their eyes for any minor question you ask, and then scold you the whole time you’re waiting. No one asked you to work there. If you’re unhappy with your job, don’t take it out on customers. I dont know her name but she was worming the oven and taking orders.

Awesome food at great prices. Sbrro is our goto place to eat when we are at the mall. Their calzones are amazing. Lots of options for sides as well. The staff are usually friendly and are quick. It’s nice that they get your order out to you fast, instead of having to wait in long lines at the other food places. Can’t wait to come back and eat here again

This is the best pizzia I have ever had. I dont even reqlly like pizzia, I am a super picky eater and this stuff is so amazing. I crave it everyday. And, the cashier said “Happy Pride Month!” And that was also awesome. Please never go out of business. 1000/10 LOVE LOVE LOVE you guys. ️

Pretty abysmal experience. Quality of food was bad; they didn’t heat up our pizza, and the pieces were cut poorly. Our drinks were almost all froth. The employees didn’t put our order in a bag, considering we had three separate boxes, along with a breadstick and two drinks. This is the worst it has ever been.

If 0 stars were possible I would rate them with that score. The person that packaged my to go item did NOT close my meatball with sauce. As a result, my 2 slices of pizza and breadsticks were soaked with sauce. The bag had a hole and 20 minutes later, when I removed it from my car, red sauce was all over my tan seats. I called the store over 10 times in 2 days, but they will not answer their phone. Furthermore, while I was there, the person making the pizza dropped a pan and picked it up to put food on it. In addition, I called the corporate office and have yet to hear from them.
