Please, don’t order from here! First of all, the lady that took our order forgot to add a chicken Ceasars salad but charged for it. I called and she said she’ll returned the money because it was going to take an hour or more to deliver the salad. Then omg, the 20 wings that we ordered, only 3 were cooked, and the rest were uncooked! Nasty, ugh! Pizza: tasted like frozen pizza, parmesan cheese sticks were so cold that it was hard to bite on it. The Alfredo pasta was nasty also. I called and ask to speak with a manager or supervisor, and I was told to call back at 10pm or so when the manager was there and instead of taking a message she ask me what was the problem, I said i don’t want to tell you and then repeat everything again and she said she needed to know! When I told her the issue, she said she would immediately do a full refund… I also told her to pick up the food so they could see that I was not lying, and she gave me the owners number.

So I couldn’t give it a 1 because I ordered the chicken Alfredo. Which was very very good and arrived super hot and fresh. However, the driver called me saying he was lost, I told him what building I was in and he still delivered to a different building at 2:30am. The resident called me and was not happy lol Plus my garlic bread was burnt and rock hard. (See attached pictures) However for $13 there Alfredo portion size was very big, salad, and what would have been garlic bread is a good deal. Plus where else can I order chicken Alfredo to be delivered at 2am. So it was good and bad. Hopefully better next time

24 hour delivery isn’t always the greatest, but this pizza was so good we had it twice! Just had pizza the first night and it was great, second night we had pizza with a salad and wings. Big meaty wings! Delicious! Our delivery drivers, a woman first and then a man were great, communication was great and had the pizza there when they said it would be.

The manager is rude. The drivers are rude the pizza is not of good quality if it’s not fresh and hot. I had to wait 2 hours to get my order and it came cold. And because of the 2 hour wait I did not give a tip. The driver was very disrespectful along with the manager. The manager also stated my money wouldn’t be refunded. Please never order from them. Poor quality in service and food. NEVER WILL I ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN

Ordered 2 pizzas and bread sticks. They were 30 minutes late which I was understanding because traffic is bad, but then they showed up with only one pizza & bread sticks and said that’s all the order was for & it cost $45. I called and she said she charged me $7 for delivery when a text I got said they were charging $3.50 for del fee. Pizza is not great, what a waste of time and money. Don’t bother.

Worst place ever. We ordered a pizza w/no cheese and they put cheese on it anyway. When we called to mention the discrepancy, they argued and hung up on me. Thank goodness I contested it with my credit card company. What a terrible business this place is.

The Horses “Lil Fred” Lounge
Staying in Vegas. Menu flyer in room. Flyer states online website orders receive 20% online ordering page is only doing a 10% discount. The online ordering page is very difficult to navigate. Attempted to order Spaghetti + meatballs (states salad is included) attempt to change dressing from Ranch to Italian. Nope. They charge you additional. Wasn’t able to navigate site for a good 10 mins so i decided to call them directly and get a live person. Explained navigation issues and dressing issue. She stated that all the salads come with Ranch and they “don’t substitute “… I said you don’t substitute dressings??? Weird.

Staying in Las Vegas and Ordered off an in room flyer called Order Inn room service. I checked the QR code to see the menu and felt the prices were not too bad for the food. I decided to order a gyro fries and jalapeños poppers. The food came pretty quick but when I got it the food was super disappointing. There were exactly 5 slices of what they said was gyro meat and I asked for extra meat when I ordered. This thing was $15. I called back to ask for a refund and that they could come get this mess because I was not eating this and the woman who answered was rude and had the nerve to offer me a 10% discount on a future order. As if I would every order anything else from them EVER! If I had known what restaurant it was I would have checked reviews and never ordered. Don’t waste time or money ey on this foolishness. $33 wasted
