I really think it’s just a laundry money outfit because there’s nobody inside. But the tables are dirty the floor is never swept. The food is cold so I don’t think they have a real manager and they just have kids Working so the place looks like a real business. The guy at the window seemed like he really didn’t want to be there and me ordering a breakfast burrito was an inconvenience for him. My side of bean were spilled all over the bag before i even left the parking lot. The customer service at this location is so bad, I have never seen an employee smile. I have heard from another Mexican food place say that the owners treat their employees bad, which probably explains the poor customer service. I would never recommend this place.

My wife ordered Carne Asada nachos and when we got home we open the box and found what you see in the picture. I went back to have them fix it figuring they were just in a hurry and missed it. When I got back the lady at the front said that that was what my wife ordered, Carne Asada. I told them it’s just chips with some meat on it… there’s nothing else in the box. I showed them the receipt where it says super nachos and even says extra sour cream. The girl at the front said she would talk to her manager. She came back and said all they could do was give me some extra toppings on the side. I told her why can’t you just remake it The way it supposed to be made. She said because that was how we ordered. I told her we paid for everything, you can even see on the receipt that we paid for nachos. She said that was the best they could do.

Few things went wrong. I asked for a potato egg and cheese NO bacon requested at the ordering speaker. Got home burrito clearly has bacon. Second I asked for a small horchata got to the window she said they only had medium or large. When I said no to take off the charge she got angry. Then had to turn back into the drive thru since it’s closed inside due to covid at this time and ask her why there isn’t a negative charge to take off the horchata. She was rude in explaining and said “give me the receipt” in a rude tone. I understood after with the balance adjusted but in the future to cause less confusion for other people add a negative sign printed. Don’t think I’ll be going back or recommending others to go to this location either.

I can’t believe this place hasn’t been replaced yet. It must be poor management because this place has such lame service. Count on feeling like you are interrupting the workers from Browning Instagram and Facebook whenever you go in. I bet the only reason it is still running is because of the prime location. If a competent burrito place we’re to take over they could make a fortune in this spot.
