I ordered fried rice for all four of my orders, but I received white rice for all of them instead. They charge you $0.50 for fried rice. This is the second time that this happened to my orders. The teriyaki chicken portions are really good, especially since I order double meat for all of them. I’m just annoyed by the fact that they don’t read the orders right before making it and giving it out to the customers. 2 stars for the meat portion ☆

I’m not sure why it had changed. The sauce is different and you have to ask for it. My veggies were raw and chicken was burnt. I guess that’s why there wasn’t a line like usual. I won’t go back. I’ll go all the way to Tucson mall for now on. Hopefully they have not changed as well.

Day time crew there is very rude. To the Owner, if you want to keep your business open. Hire some nicer people. Ordered 8 meals for our mechanic shop and they made me bag my own food. Don’t mind doing that but if you have 4 people standing around then someone should bag it.

Went there today and the girl they got working the counter doesn’t pay attention very well. Gave me a completely incorrect order. Worst part is this usually doesn’t happen so I didn’t think to check until I got home. Now I’m pretty apprehensive about not checking my food here. Just a heads up guys.

Food wise this place is great but, the lack of teamwork and respect for each other is very disappointing to see. Several of their team were fighting in the back. Also one of their employees was displaying his emotions on the floor. This behavior is unacceptable. I love to eat here but will not support that kind of behavior. Please fix this.
