I did not expect to find super good Thai food in SLC, but was pleasantly surprised at Thani bowl. We dropped in while traveling through, otherwise this spot would definitely be a regular for me. The crab Rangoon left a bit to be desired but the pad Thai, pad see ew, and beef noodle soup had great flavor and texture. Also massive bonus/respect points for the Thai grandma in back running the wok and the show

Delicious and authentic. Great food and friendly service. My only complaint is the parking lot is always full at lunch time. I haven’t eaten something here I didn’t like. There was one time we ordered take out and asked for no onions and I’m pretty sure they put in EXTRA onions. But, nobody’s perfect.

This was my first time at Thani Bowl, and I ordered the Goldilocks which was most delicious with shrimp. I really enjoyed the view from the indoor dining. The location is just south of Pioneer Park on the west side of downtown Salt Lake City. There is a very nice atmosphere and setting. I will be back to try some of the other items on the menu.

A street style restaurant. You order on the counter from a screen menu next to the cashier, you chose the type of protein and the level of spice one two or three. Had dinner and went for Penang spicy and it was and explosion of flavor, toke me back to Thailand specially the creamy Sauce. No cash accepted and only card. Paid $17 for the meal as it comes with rice. However the beef was tough but that’s always my experience with Thai food.

We were excited to try this great new place right off the highway and so close to downtown! We ordered the potstickers, satay, pad Thai and pineapple chicken and all were fresh and delicious! We had our toddler dining with us and he loved it all so much he ate 3 skewers of chicken satay and multiple dumplings! We’d never tried this pink drink and so although it looked adorable, it wasn’t our favorite so we were glad we tried it to know better and we plan to try something else new the next time! The ambiance was nice and comforting and facility was clean, service was excellent. We look forward to coming back and bringing more friends and family to this casual spot again soon.

We got the drunken noodle dishes and they were tasty. How’ve, they weren’t spicy at all and we weren’t asked for a spice level. The shrimp in a blanket were good and cooked perfectly. The staff was friendly and the place is very cute. It was a hot week and the enclosed porch area was a little hot but it was bearable. The bathrooms were cute and clean.
