Food was pretty good, but service left a lot to be desired. I asked to sit at the bar, but was seated in the family dining section. Then, when I asked about getting a drink brought to my table, it seemed like I was bothering the server. I also never saw my server after getting our food until I had to flag her down to get the check.

This place is great. A remnant of the “Taproom” local chain from the 90s. Glad to get the vibe back. Kaileigh the bartender was great! Super friendly and outgoing… Made me feel like I was back at my old stomping grounds. I literally asked if she owned the place! A very unexpected run-out-for-a-bite fun night!

After waiting over 25 minutes without having our drink order taken, I approached the hostess and she ran into the back, so we just left. We used to like coming here, but the service has gone way downhill since covid. If it helps management fix their problem, we were there around 6:15 pm on Sunday May 7, 2023.

Just don’t y’all. Sticky, stinky and probably worse service for a restaurant in Raleigh. Can’t rate the food because after the wrong appetizer came out 35 minutes after ordering, we left after another 20 minutes of waiting with no wait staff to come and check on us. We paid for our bar tab: 4 – $1off beers still came to over $28.00.

Never been there before and it was horrible service! Worst experience we’ve had in ages. 15+ mins to get our drinks, another 10 mins to take our order and after an hour we still didn’t have our food while 2 other couples who arrived after us had been served, one who had only been there less than 10mins. Goodbye! Time to go! Good luck staying open like that! Overpriced also.

Ordered a meal. Specified to leave out a particular item within the meal. I received the meal. Loaded with the item I specifically asked to leave out. Not a problem so far. Mistakes happen. I sent the back to have a new meal prepared. The new meal was served only to discover the cook picked out the particular item (and not a very good job, he did not get all) and reserved me the same meal. Unacceptable. That meal should have been discarded and a new meal prepared. Unbelievable that a restaurant owner would allow this type of activity.
