Great family run location. I was “that guy” that showed up 1 min to closing time. They smiled said no prob, and made a speedy pizza for me. New trainee rung me up, made sure everything was correct with the order and continued to clean the shop when I was all set. Pizza and cheese bread turned out fantastic, See ya every Friday night in the future Papa Murphy crew, I will try to never be “that guy” again!

Unfortunately the Papa Murphy’s closest to me closed recently. So we took a drive to Plymouth location. Nice people, but my pizza crust was all jagged and hard on some edges.(Before baked) The Hawaiian pizza had no flavor very bland. I’m not happy.

I stopped in Thursday night and there were two young men working the one who rang up my order and made it very quick! I came in about 30 minutes before closing time and they were very friendly! I will definitely be coming back to this location! I also heard they have new management stepping in! I also love the remodeling they have done to the place. I went on $10 Tuesday. They had 6 people working and it was running very smooth. My order was correct and fresh. I also tried the keto pizza. I thought sauce on the bottom made it much too soupy. A cheese crust option would make it more like a pizza. Overall a great experience.

I received two Pizza’s at 50% discount being a new member with reference to a coupon. We took the Pizza home and baked it and to be honest not impressed. We followed the instructions and although the toppings were great the crust just did not turn out well. Crust is extremely important to the eating experience and we simply could not get it right at home.

It’s ok. I love the food but service could be better. It has definitely improved over the last year or two. They used to mess up my order every time I went in. They weren’t very friendly either. Just a bunch of teenagers who clearly didn’t want to be there. I think the most annoying thing was nobody ever had name tags on, so I didn’t even know who to complain about. There was one girl who worked there who had phenomenal customer service skills and she never got my order wrong, in fact she actually memorized it. I was really sad when she stopped working there. And also sad that I couldn’t let management know about how awesome she was because I didn’t know her name. ☹️ Again, these things have been improving over the last couple years. It’s not nearly as bad, it definitely depends on who’s working.
