Hey guys! I’ve been here several times. I’ve never had an issue. The service was well and what I ordered was good. Not sweet enough but good. It was a frozen coffee… Cinnabon or something, I can’t remember! ♀️ Maybe because it wasn’t the best I’ve had. The area is okay. The wait is never really long and fairly clean. My visits are far in-between. Maybe that’s why they are always pleasant. If my experience changes, I’ll change review.

We have given this Dunkin many chances to get their act together but they never do. They’ve forgotten items we ordered and refused to refund or make the order correct. The last two times we attempted to order there, we waited at the speaker for ten mins plus. We said “hello?” Got no response during either visit. We pulled forward to see if maybe their speaker was broken and they said no, they’re just too busy to answer us so we had to pull around to wait again to place our order. We won’t return.

The customer service after 2 pm is poor. I always get iced coffee with cream. Yesterday, I ordered, and there was no cream, and the coffee tasted old. This location used to be my goto. The morning staff is much better and normally get my order right. The woman manager there has been at this location for years. She’s consistently nice and is always on the move, making orders, helping out etc.

Went Sunday night and waited in line for 30+ minutes. I finally got to the window the employee said “ we ain’t taking orders anymore” with no explanation. I then went to the window and no one was there to explain why they closed several hours early. I will never go here again.worst customer experience ever!!!

My local Dunkin is efficient and quick, especially when placing a mobile order. Sad to say I’m hooked on the hash browns. On another note, I’m happy they have hummus and avocado toast and those egg white thingies, and I wish they would have a few more healthy options on the menu! The pic is from my free beverage, thanks to the fact that I joined their rewards app!

I ordered a decaf coffee, they me a coffee with caffeine, the young had a attitude because she had to remake my coffee, I ordered a breakfast sandwich, the English muffin is cold the cheese was not melted and the turkey sausage was barely warm. Awful experience this morning, I am a black woman, and the lady who was supposed to be helping me was also black, why do we always have to have an attitude with us. I did nothing wrong.
