Barrio Fiesta is a Filipino staple. There are two signature dishes they are well-known for:

The kare kare was tasty and kids loved the sauce over whit rice. The crispy pata was excellent! The skin was nice and crunchy. What a great place to have Filipino food!

This place is good. House special is kare kare and crispy pata. $40 and large portion. Good for 3-4 people maybe even more if you’re Pinoy . The place is small. Sometimes the area next to the supermarket gets hot, unless they fixed it already. Otherwise, it feels and taste like Philippines. The staff are nice and friendly as well.

I usually love ordering food from Barrio Fiesta but my past two visits have been very disappointing. Both times I ordered sinigang, and both times I noticed that the meat is not fresh. It’s either they purchased the cheapest meat or they used meat from previous days. I grew up in a restaurant business. I can pretty much tell when I’m eating a day-old meal / leftovers. I really hope that they improve.

One can never go wrong eating here. If you enjoy Filipino food or are interested in trying authentic home cooked Filipino cuisine then this is the place to go. They have a very wide variety of selections in every category. Also every dish tastes different unlike other restaurants where everything pretty much tastes the same even though they have different names. But seriously Filipino cuisine is gaining popularity in the food industry and it’s very hot right now. We love coming here.

Plenty of free parking, located outside of Island Pacific . Restaurant itself is pretty small , so very difficult to accommodate a large party. You may need to call in advance to reserve a section, so they can maybe accommodate the party.

Kare Kare was delicious. Oxtail meat is soft up to tendon. Welcome to the neighborhood.

Good food, disappointing service. Crispy pata was very good, although my friend insists you can get it much better elsewhere. I enjoyed there kare kare, but it does not have a strong peanut flavor like it does at other places. Kind of mild, but i thought it was ok. Drinks were good & authentic (by the way, no alcoholic beverages served here). For appetisers i had the mussels – very strong roasted garlic flavor. A bit too strong for me, but others may prefer that.
