As reviewed a number of times already, the line lags a bit but mostly the middling review is based on my Oreo blizzard being plastered all down the sides of the cup and 100% of the spoon. No photo of that dumpster fire because I was scrambling to damage control before it got all over the car.

We have gone here and few times and the employees have been very kind and helpful. We usually come for blizzards and they are often too soft. I don’t know why, but most of the time we come the blizzards are way too soft. They pass “the test” but are soft enough they aren’t with the calories and prices for me.

Don’t go here. The service was horrible, meaning we were the only ones standing at the register and four different people looked at us and walked on by without saying a word. This was around 4:30pm, so it wasn’t like they were short of help. They had no soft serve chocolate ice cream, the machine was broke, okay I understand that happens, but the blizzard we ordered was chocolate-strawberry, it had a red paste mixed into it for color and maybe two oreo crumbs mixed into it. This place just isn’t up to the DQ standards seen elsewhere.

I waited 40 mins for a simple bacon burger and medium fry. There were no straws, my slushie melted an started to get warm. There was no order and the food sat under the lamps for a long while and the frozen treats sat on the ledge for a lo g while until people went up and stated asking for their food.

I only come back here cause the ice cream is awesome. I feel so bad for anyone who has to work for the C**t B**ch with the feathers or extentions or something in her hair. She belittled the staff and yelled at them in front of customers. Got oissed off at a customer in the drive-through and when she returned herdipped cone cause there was hair wrapped around her cone. She said, “You tell them our ice cream is to soft, and they can’t remake it. Give her a dilly bar or a refund.

I came in for a bit to eat, as I worked up to the counter. Their was a blonde haired woman standing behind the counter. She didn’t assist me. I stood there, waiting for a cashier to come out, and I hope that she wasn’t the general manager or regional manager because she setting a bad example for her employees. She gave me the most nastiest look I ever received waiting for somebody to assist me. She did not acknowledge me. She rolled her eyes and has an evil look over her face towards me, that is bad management. I stood their quietly and patiently.
