Children said the pizza was very good. But our experience getting it was not. My husband placed an order through the app and it said it was ready, we go to grab it, and they said cannot find our order. We had already paid, and due to traffic only arrived 10 minutes after the notification saying it was ready. My husband thinks it’s because they got rid of our order to someone else. So we had to wait for them to redo it. At least I know it is fresh. But it seems every Little Caesars I’ve gone to lately is just not been what it used to be. 🙁

Not sure why I keep giving this place another chance. Tonight was their last and if I could give zero stars, I would. I once again received the wrong pizza and it was somehow doughy on the bottom and burnt on the top. I called the number on the app and they only offered a 40% refund, which wouldn’t even cover the cost of the pizza. I called the store and spoke to the regional manager and was treated as though I was lying. She told me that her team must’ve just made it wrong and refused to accept that it was the wrong pizza, not just prepared incorrectly, unless I sent her a picture. She was extremely rude to me, kept interrupting me and left me no choice but to raise my voice in order to get her to listen. I still didn’t get anywhere and now I get to eat crazy bread for dinner. It takes a lot for me to escalate a complaint but in this case, I’ve filed a complaint with corporate. Managers are supposed to solve problems and keep customers happy–not make a bad situation even worse.

Worst Little Caesars ever! The manager is rude and so unbelievably hateful. We stopped by one day and were told we would have to wait because we didn’t use the app, then we use the app and 1.5 hour later we still don’t have our food. When we mentioned that the app said our order would be ready at a specific time we were told how busy they are, no apology, just it’s our fault for ordering from them.

The worst customer service I have EVER had. I went to the door and was told by 2 men to go to the drive thru. When I did I saw the 2 of them smoking pot. One of them was the Manager. Even the cashier told them to get inside and cook! I ordered 5 xtra most bestest and 1 detroit style pizza. Normally this takes 15 to 20 minutes. Today it took over 30 minutes so I went inside to check on my order. I guess it was ok for me to do that. After another 10 minutes passed they brought me the wrong order. I didn’t get the Detroit style pizza, they didn’t slice 2 of them and one of the cheese pizzas was slopped to the side! I told them that I still wanted my Detroit pizza and a new cheese. The 5 of them started laughing loudly at me and talked about me because I complained. The one cashier even said to me and I quote ” if I wasn’t working I’d……” at which point the Manager told her to go to the back. I had to wait while they fixed the order. The whole time they were laughing and talking with attitude. It was extremely rude. All of them should be fired. I will never go there again and I hope nobody else will either. The location on Memorial is 100% better.

There always seems to be an issue at this location. They either can’t make your pizza, they are opening late or closing early it seems, or the attitudes are just poor. I have given this location more than its fair share of chances and continued to be disappointed. I’m not sure what the ongoing issues are but someone needs to get it figured out. Not every experience I’ve had here has been negative. But the vast majority have.

Went thru the drive thru and waited over an hour in the parking lot for 1 regular pizza. Management is trash for letting this place stay open with only 3 employees inside. I’m disgusted with the owners of the little Ceasars in this area. They refuse to shut down stores they can’t staff because their pay and management is HORRIBLE. THE NEXT TIME YOU THINK LITTLE CEASARS IS A GOOD DEAL REMEMBER ITS BECAUSE THEY PAY AS FEW PEOPLE AS POSSIBLE AS LITTLE AS POSSIBLE TO MAKE WHAT YOU EAT

I came through the drive through and wanted a pretzel pizza and this lady Michelle at the window told me it was going to be 10 minutes and I said okay I’ll just pull around front and come inside and pay for it and she just looked at me with a really ugly look turned around said fine I’ll make it and slammed the window in my face.Very rude and I won’t be back. The manager Kevin sounds like a radio announcer with so much love for pizza. Danika Patrick at the window was also very driven and her smile was contagious. Pizza was hot and ready as promoted and tasted very good. We will attend this establishment again. We give this 2 out of 10 stars with 2 being the highest amount awarded and 8 being the least.

I’m usually okay with the wait I get it. However when it takes forever and I have to go inside to get food I ordered through the drive thru to find my food to fine employees sitting down that’s not good. The person that took my order laughs and says I guess they forgot whilst eating on the clock that’s kinda trashy…. I commend the one person that was actually working this shift. But the rest were just awful
