I’m not from this area. I’m from Newnan so maybe this level of service is the norm for this area. But the level of customer service at this MARCO PIZZA location is astronomically low. They don’t answer the phone, IF you call in an order. They just let it rang. AND RANG, AND RANG, AND RANG. There were only 3 employees working maybe that was the MAIN problem. I was taught, as a good country girl if you can’t say SOMETHING nice don’t say ANYTHING AT ALL. Though I can, AND WILL advise you to order your pizza from another establishment. I’ll JUST let this picture of my pizza speak volumes. Also this took almost an hour wait time. FOR THIS!!! FOR THIS PEOPLE!!! YES… FOR THIS. I ordered 3 pizza ‘s at $6.99 each. This is one of the 3 pizzas I ordered. It had a huge hole in the middle. I took it back and they replaced it. I usually use the Marco’s on Brown Bridge and Salem. They have never disappointed me.

I feel played at this point. I think yall should randomly drug test everyone including the manager on the second and third shift. I have 3 tries and they let me down 3 times. It feels like hard flat bread in your mouth over beaded on the crust and super dry hard to swallow. I thought it was domino’s. I really had to close the box to make sure I wasn’t tripping. Thursday night pizza was to thick dough was not fully cooked underneath the toppings called spoked to Brandy was told to come back an get another one. Went back Friday an this what I got over cooked crust hard like wood, paper thin the guy who made pizza Thursday didn’t have any gloves on ,the young lady Friday had gloves on. If I could give this location zero stars, I would. Tay is the main reason why I will not return and spend my money anymore at this location. Her nasty attitude does not fit to be a manager and any other position dealing with customers. I submitted a complaint through the website to the corporate office and I still haven’t received a phone call nor an email regarding this matter.
