Personal pan, extra cheese, pepperoni, and pineapple. This is not the original crust that I’m supposed to get after calling I was told they were out and this was an upgrade. This is not an upgrade. This looks like garbage. The ingredients are even wrong on it I didn’t ask for onion I asked for extra cheese as you can tell, most of it doesn’t even have cheese when I called nothing could be done not even a credit to my account since I have to take an Uber there and back to get a New Pizza. I’m not spending all that money whenever I should’ve been told in the first place that you were out of the dough to make the pizza . I also should’ve checked it. That is my fault.

Will helped me in making sure my order was correct and came to us at a quality he would enjoy it at. Great time working with him and talking with him. I have had bad experiences before at Pizza Hut but this was great. Outstanding job to that gentleman.

We got 20 pizzas from them for a retirement party at work. A very nice lady name Heather was the one handling our order, and they did a fantastic job all of our pizzas were done on time and correct. They had plates and plenty of parm cheese and peper flakes packed for us. They even gave us door dash bags to keep our food hot.

Family birthday and there was plenty of dine-in room. William, our server, took our orders promptly. The food was fresh, hot and delicious. He fit right in with our group, made us laugh and met our every need. We had a great time! Thank you!

Pulled in to use the drive-through window after the app notified us that our order was ready and passed (directly) by the female worker outside smoking. Sat there for a good 3 to 4 minutes before calling the store, and after it ringing for a couple minutes, which could be clearly heard outside of the window we were finally answered by said woman. Telling her we were at the drive-through window her reply was “ We will get to you when we can. We are very busy.” in a not so kind tone of voice. Upon opening the window to receive our money her attitude was extremely apparent. Mind you we pulled up when the app said that our order was ready, but we still sat outside after paying for the food for a solid 10 minutes. Upon receiving the food nothing was bagged and sauces were just sitting on top of the box which could’ve caused a spill. On top of that upon opening the pizza, the receipt was placed directly on top of it, and melted into the cheese. Not sure how you are extremely busy when you are sitting outside on your phone smoking and a simple, kind “We will get with you as soon as possible.” would have sufficed. Customer service is lacking at this location and we weren’t even able to eat the majority of the pizza because of the receipt issue. Wings were OK and breadsticks were delicious but we will not be returning as the customer service again was horrible and the unsanitary issue of the receipt on the pizza.

The employees were all out smoking. Waited approximately 5 minutes for someone to take my order. Crystal the cashier did NOT wash her hands after smoking. Pizza was ok. The bottom crust was a little harder than I liked. I also received coupons for the next visit. Too bad the expiration date was January of 2023! Expired coupons? Give me a break.

Food was cooked perfectly and was delicious. The young man that waited on us at the ordering counter was very kind and welcoming. Once our order was complete the young man brought our food to our table even though he could have gave a Shout-Out from across the room that our order was ready so I thought that was pretty cool. Used the drive thru to pick my order and they guy was very nice. Personal pan pizza with garlic parm sauce is the only way to eat a pizza and mine was AMAZING! Kudos to this location!

1 star is to much!! This is my 2nd review for this location Indianapolis Southern Plaza. My pizza was not fully cooked, my pasta was burnt and dry but yet cold the bread sticks were so hard they wouldn’t even come apart. Yes I called immediately and was told a manager was not on duty and that a manager named Joe would call me immediately the following day. Well I got no phone call so I called the store 4 times at 3:30pm and the was no answer. Spent $42!!! SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!
