Ate here for a late lunch on March 29th, 2023, about 2:30 pm. I was very pleased to see that they had disposable gloves for patrons to use. I’ve always been concerned about other patrons not washing their hands before using the common utensils to dish out food from the buffet. Also, men’s restroom was fairly clean, but rather dark. As for the food, not as good as it was 8 to 10 years ago when I traveled through Vicksburg twice a month on business and looked forward to stopping here for lunch or early supper. However, about 5 years ago they changed ownership I think. The older lady cashier who was top notch and ran a tight ship was no longer there, replaced by a much younger cashier lady. This time the food was just OK, lukewarm, egg rolls not real fresh, and they stopped having the lo mein or fung mei noodles (scorched rice noodles). I tried again a few months later and still disappointed, so chose other places to eat, such as Billy’s Pizza just around the corner in the corner of the former outlet mall. Then I changed jobs, then the virus crisis, now I go to V’burg about once a month, so thought I’d give it a try again. It was much better than 5 years ago, but still not quite up to the level it was 8 to 10 years ago. I think they had another change in management since the cashier lady has changed and seems to have more on the ball. Egg rolls still a little stale and lukewarm, but they had my noodles, plus now have gloves. And my waiter Pedro was really good with checking on me to see if I needed any more water or tea or wasabi. Oh, cucumber & tomato salad was good, but that’s not the Chinese part. But then, neither was my waiter.

The only seafood as displayed on their advertisement sign is imitation crab which isn’t truly crab. As soon as you walk in you’ll be bombarded with several staff demanding answers to questions at once. Their food is a terrible quality and have the audacity to upcharge you 30% if you can’t stomach eating it. Also oddly every fortune was about being humble, I’m sure that was a coincidence.

Had the lunch buffet during a road trip here. The food was fresh and there is a nice variety of meat, vegetables, fruits, and dessert. The service was also friendly and the environment was clean. The garlic chicken, bourbon chicken, pepper steak, and rice noodles are excellent. I had a comfortable and fulfilling experience so would definitely return. Great job!

The food was fresh and hot. There is a variety of foods to choose from. I really like the black pepper chicken and the pepper steak. The buffet is always cleaned and spills wiped up. My only issue was that the customer service sucked. The waiter and waitress just stood around looking at their phones, talking to each other and not taking care of their customers. I was there with my daugther but we were never offered a refill. Needless to say, they were tipped accordingly.

I was just passing through Vicksburg and I stopped in for dinner. I had a bad feeling about the restaurant as soon as I saw a sign posted prominently declaring that there was a 30% fee for wasted food. There was nothing indicating what constituted food waste. The food was extremely bland. The General Tso and sesame chicken were nearly indistinguishable from each other, and both were unpleasantly rubbery. I choked down the food because of the threat of the 30% fee. A good portion of the buffet was made up of the “salads” associated with stereotypical Southern cooking along with indistinguishable glops and a tray of pickle chips. Drink refills were extremely slow. In short, I wouldn’t have fed my dog the nasty mess this place serves.

The food was horrible. I LOVE Chinese buffets. I’ve been to many of them in several different states. I did not like the food at this one not even a little bit. $15 for a lunch buffet is way overpriced for food with no taste. And to top it off, they didn’t serve coconut shrimp with the lunch buffet. Most other china buffets do. This restaurant was very very disappointing.

Great selection of food variety from buffet. We were seated as soon as we came in. Server’s check tables frequently asking if you need anything. Plenty of free parking.

Horrible! Move on! Open til 10 but just before 9:00 they are out of half the items with no refills. Even soup. Guess if you want the full buffet get there very early! I was disappointed. Outside looks like the building is ready-to-wear collapse.
