I went to this KFC on August 22, 2023, at 6 pm to get my family something to eat. To my surprise, the female working there refused to take any orders. She did not have even enough respect to come from the back to inform her customers why she was not taking any orders. She had the gentleman who was working the Taco Bell said to inform us. This isn’t my family first bad experience with place, but it was definitely our last. If you are hungry for fried chicken, go a few miles farther to Forrest City to Popeye’s. This place is not worth your time, energy, and gas to go visit.

This location refuses to serve the mobility impaired. They will not use the drive-thru, demanding all customers enter the filthy building. They have a note at the drive through menu saying to pull up to the window, upon doing so, I was refused service and told I had to come inside. Upon demonstrating to the employee that I could not walk unaided, she turned her back and ignored me.

Lemme start with needing to use the restroom, floor had urine and other un-idetifyable liquids and masses, no paper towels to dry hands, the nicest part of the bathroom was the hands free faucet. The “busy” employees had the nastiest dine in Ive ever layed eyes on. Visible residue and trash on all tables, even flies were stuck to the seats dead and trash riddled across the floor. Employees were okay as far as greeting but the cleanliness points to a half whimed phasod..simply dispicable management from the GM and CEO. With all these other 1 star reviews who wish there was a negative star, how is this establishmemt still operating??

Food was disgusting, ended up having a really bad case of diarrhea, both me and the wife, the old lady at the register was extremely rude the moment we walked in, dont get me started on the bathroom, seemed as if noone has been in there to clean it in days, how they pass health inspection is beyond me… i guess thats what i get for ignoring multiple one star reviews, never again.
