It’s a nice place with fairly quick service. My wife went right before lunch time, so there wasn’t much past us in there. The food tasted good. Would definitely go back if in the neighborhood.

I’m only giving service 2 stars because of the front guy who took our order. Best part of the experience. The atmosphere is too relaxed, the wait for 3 tacos was 25 minutes and the bartender was hanging out on the customer side. It wasn’t full at all and it just felt like sloppy service. The food was good but overshadowed by poor experience. I wouldn’t stop by here again. I see why it’s so slow. I’ll go back to the Sugar Land location next time. Worth the extra 10 min drive.

This was my first time eating at Torchy despite how long they’ve been here. I had the fajita taco and a soda. The food was a little over-hyped, in my opinion. The toppings with the meat were too much for my tortilla to handle. I had some spillage with almost every bite. The taste did make up for it, though. I’ll give Torchy another shot some time in the future. Service was great, all nice and professional. Thank you.

The food here is way below average. The meats are not seasoned, and the tortillas are rubbery, and taste like the tortillas you would buy pre packaged at your local grocery store. For the price you are better off going to an authentic Mexican restaurant.

If you order takeout and your item comes with a sauce, make sure to check your order before leaving. Every time I have ordered any taco that is supposed to come with the Diablo sauce, they leave it out. Very frustrating.

I was in the parking lot taking care of important business I called Nicholas answered. I Requested him to take a Quick order for me while I’m in the lot. He Refused, I Explained I was taking care of some business on the phone that had to be dealt with without Interupution & I wanted my food to be ready when I came in to get it. He was so Rude Inconsiderate. I couldn’t believe he was aware of my location and still refused to help me even after telling him I had a death in the family & was so hungry sitting parked taking care of Important business. I was so Upset when I finally came in I immediately asked for the Mgr. He was kind & nice Biron, however the damage had already been done. Some People need to be retrained to be Kinder and Empathetic & just Listen to the customer request.

Come thru torchys this location rocks. Brandi was the best bartender and extremely helpful with all my questions. We ordered off the Secret menu. I got the Ace of spades it had a kick but it was fire. And we mixed our margarita flavors yumz.
