This location is absolutely disgusting . They always keep the doors open and have flies everywhere . They put signs on the door saying “closing at 8pm” but its currently 3:49 pm. Theres a few employees who are rude and some nice but overall wouldn’t recommend a place full of flies and nastiness . Also to add the side of the building is trashy and Always seems to have something hanging out of the door.

Tried to order online … that didn’t work. Called the location got an automated messages saying to press one to pick up order press two to talk to a person. Well that person never answered after 4 phone calls and listening to the automated message tell me to go online to order (which never worked)!

I ordered a Dinner Box with 2 pizzas, cheese bread and wings. The cheese bread was burnt and the crust of the pizza was flaky (old). I called to ask that they remake my order. I received the same exact thing burnt cheese bread and flaky crust pizza. I don’t understand how they could serve burnt food with no problem at all. Never again!

First the restaurant was out of mushrooms which made me very sad. Second I forgot to order dipping sauce, however I would hope that I would get a popular choice such as bar-b-que anyway. I had nothing in which to dip my chicken. But overall the delivery was awesome and fast. The food was yummy!

I received my pizza around 5 pm this evening. Into my 3rd slice, I thought a fly or a spider was bouncing on my chin each time I took a bite. I kept swatting, but each time I took a bite something bounced off my chin. Finally, I held my pizza slice up to the light and found a long stand of (possibly blondish brown) hair with cheese dangling from it. The wad of cheese was what was bouncing onto my chin with each bite. Ugh!

Finally received my order an hour and a half after placing it after being told 30 minutes for delivery. Did not receive my drink or the extra sauces I paid for. Tried to call back several times and was never able to get anyone on the phone. Worst experience with pizzahut.

Opted for contact-less delivery online, had to call inside of the store and wait ten minutes before serviced even though there was no one else ahead of me. Person delivering had NO mask claiming he had a “doctor’s note for exemption” on which goes against county compliance and had no gloves, both of which are required by the corporate office. Horrible service during this pandemic, will not be returning.
