Placed an order through their app today and specifically requested 5:45pm pick up time. Once the order was placed, noticed the app glitched and changed pick up time to a.s.ap (now) time. I immediately called the store to inform them their app glitched and I was still an hour away and if they could hold on making the food until the 5:45p time. The female manager, Tonya, explained they make tickets as they come in. I explained they were plain roast beef sandwiches and side of curly fries, something they have pre-made ready to go. She had zero customer service or empathy and explained that the food would get wasted! Yeah right!! I know how the fast food business works. She could care less or brother to help make it right when their app glitched. She said nothing she could do…WOW!! You SHOULD DEFINITELY NOT BE A MANAGER!! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE OR EMPATHY! WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!! Will be disputing the charge with my CC company since she wouldn’t make it right with items they already have pre-made. They were no special requests to the sandwiches or fries!!! A symbol courtesy goes a long way! No wonder why this location has such bad 1 star reviews, it shows!!

The young man working the drive through window was so cool !! He was one of the nicest people to come across when traveling the United States and I’ve been alot of places! He definitely deserves a raise or something because he was friendly and was great at making small conversation while we waited for our food! I wish I got his name but he knows who he is , he really liked my husband’s silver mustang! He said ” wanna trade?” He’s a great people person and just wanted to say thanks for being so friendly because after the day we had we needed that little chuckle ! Thanks Arby’s Guy you rock!

Went through the drive thru the girl wasn’t friendly At All. Had 2 orders and they were both messed up. Really. It cost too much for the food but it’s ok as long as it’s done right and in the bag when we get home with it. Called the store and the person in charge was Tonya she was also RUDE !!!!!!!a Wagu burger deal and a half pound roast beef combo go large. The roast beef was a regular sandwich Not a half pounder. It was an Awful trip to Arby’s We had 4 Combos. Very Disappointed.

The women at the window was extremely rude when we asked to get a large instead of a regular. They have completely resized their drinks. A “regular” is completely filled with ice in a kids sized cup. The large is like a small at other restrictions. The fries were also not even half full.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever received. General Manager Ashley is very rude and can’t seem to handle a bunch of things going on at once. Watched her throw reciepts and other things and was very rude when taking my order. No napkins and the lobby was beyond disgusting. No one ever came out to clean tables or sweep the floor.Fries were cold. I will not return to this place. It’s sad that the general managers name is on the outside of the door and when you meet her she doesn’t deserve this position at all by her actions. Will not return

Arby’s – we don’t have the meats. We had to wait 10 minutes for them to have roast beef ready and had our food delivered in three seperate sections. There was also an employee laying on a booth vaping. The nuggets were ok though.

Great food and one of the friendliest teams around the area. They are always so very nice and order is always correct. Hard to find service with a smile but you get it here!! Very clean and well maintained. Easy on/off to I-4! Love this Arby’s!!

I visit a lot of fast food restaurants and have never left a review , whether good or bad. I was so pleased with the service at this location that I just had to leave a review. The service was fast and Riazdenkins was very polite, he had excellent customer service and, he was very professional. I will definitely go back in the future.
