After we had waited 25 minutes from the time we ordered to get up to the window the only aspect of our order they got correct was the two black coffees we got. They forgot our hashbrowns, and didn’t toast or put butter on the muffins. Then they got really annoyed and gave us attitude when we asked them to correct our food. Who puts butter on a muffin like this? One has butter now and the other doesn’t. To Dunkin corporate, is there anything you can do to satisfy me as a customer?

Both my food and drink were wrong, even after asking for it to be fixed (just adding something I had paid for that wasnt included). We were also the only people in the drive through but somehow it still took 5 minutes to get all of our stuff. Not sure if they just had a lot of mobile orders but it was one of the longest waits I’ve had at a dunks in awhile and it was 2pm on a saturday, not exactly peak hours.

Went to the store, was going to purchase coffee. Walked out when we were told their were no public bathrooms for my kid to use. Went to a competitors business instead. Dunkin’ may want to take a tip from the Buc-ees or Love’s Travel Stop playbook that good public bathrooms actually bring in more customers and help to increase store revenue.

This particular Dunkin’s denies it’s customers use of their bathroom which is a health code violation with their particular restaurant licensure. They refer their customers to use the bathroom across the street at the convenience store, being a burden their fellow business community because they’re too lazy to clean the bathrooms after their customers .

Not sure what to rate this place. Honestly all depends on who you get..Like sometimes when I ask for stuff the employees don’t even know they have the item on their menu or I get caffeine when I ask for decaf. I stopped going here for awhile because of the decaf vs caffeine issue.but just stopped getting coffee here. Now when I get things sometimes it looks like it supposed to and just recently the pumpkin muffins looked like it was made by a preschooler. Just thrown together no icing. Not appetizing at all. Sometimes coming here is a 50/50 chance you will get what you wanted.

Normally I love coming here. However it’s really frustrating when you place an order on the app to pick up in store to avoid the always huge drive thru lime just for the inside to be locked and closed with no explanation. After waiting in the drive thru lime for almost 10 minutes I gave up and left. Now I have to go through the headache of online bots to get a refund for the items I ordered.

Pre-ordered ice coffee latte on mobile app. Two cars ahead of me at drive thru. After waiting 10 minutes behind the car directly ahead of me once they got to the window, when I pulled up my drink still wasn’t ready. I think she forgot to add the coffee. I had already headed partway home when I tried my drink. It was basically a whole milk ice drink with no coffee. I heard thus dunkin had a bad reputation. I won’t be going back.
