Was at drive thru speaker saying hello for for 5 min. Finally came on and said they would be right with me. Took another 3 min until they came back. There was literally NOBODY in the store or at the drive thru. They employee was rude. When I got up to the window, nobody came for another several minutes. I asked for honey and they said they don’t carry honey. Since when? They never gave me butter or honey mustard as asked. Chicken was terrible and barely edible and the biscuits were hockey pucks. I was a fast food chain restaurant manager for years and this is one of the worst run places I have seen. Just look at all of the reviews!

Not impressed at all. Ordered a 12 piece dark meat bucket. Got to my motel only to realize I got wings and legs. $32.00 for that…the employee that waited on me was more interested in her coworker than doing her job. The two of them were practically making out behind the counter right in front of me while I stood there waiting to order. Definitely not a place I will go to again!!!!

Ordered a 3pc meal for $16 and a beef burrito it was missing the coleslaw and the burrito good thing I was eating in when I was missing the items the employees never said they were sorry also I had to clean my own table to sit down all were dirty I was very disappointed in the size of the 3 pieces of chicken don’t know how they found such a small chicken and all the pieces were dark meat I will never waste my money at this KFC!!

Employees were using obscene language, taco bell order was not well made. Took a very long time and employee said that if he knew the lobby was closed he would have kicked us out ( even though there were other customers inside ordering and all the doors were unlocked) Highly suggest anyone to go elsewhere for food. There is a McDonalds 500 feet away with much better service.

Sat at the drive thru speaker for over ten minutes and was told it would be a lot quicker if I came in. I went in and they were actively ignoring the front counter…the guy in front of me said he’d been waiting AN HOUR for his 4 piece while the employees were trying to figure out how to make change for a $5 bill.
