I absolutely love coming to this popeyes!! food and chicken are always freshly made and very delicious the staff are also very friendly and hardworking love it!! the drive thru is always very busy but I do notice there aren’t many employees in the kitchen only about three or so which is why it’s understandable for orders to be taking a bit but other than that I have no issues! I will definitely be coming back!

We ordered using the app. They were super fast, friendly, and the order was filled accurately. My only issue was the food was kind of bland, since we didn’t order the spicy variety, and our chicken strips were teeny tiny, dry, and hard to chew. Almost like fried chicken jerky.

Don’t get me wrong they love my food but they also love flavorful fast food. The service is very nice, the guy who served me had non-stop smiles on his face and was very kind. He looked like a young Hispanic guy.

I’ve eaten at Popeyes two times and both times I have been disappointed with the food. With that being said, some people love it but it’s not for me. I don’t see myself going to Popeyes again if I have a choice.

went to this Popeyes and drive thru was closed and went inside just for them to say they ran out of chicken, how the hell are you gonna run out of chicken if that’s your main food your serving. That’s like going to Pizza Hut and saying they ran out of pizza it doesn’t make sense.

Drive thru is always bad here on this Cerritos branch. Long lines….long wait. Spent a minimum of 10mins here just to get thru the window & pay & get your food
