I would say they deserve 4.5 stars. We where very skeptical based on all the other reviews. Honestly the food was decent and for the price you definitely do get plenty of it. The trash can nachos looks like it’s small when it’s all stacked up but when you open it up it easily feeds 3-4 adults. The Nashville hot chicken and waffles is good but a little dry and could use a little more sauce. The Mac n cheese burger was very good and juicy. The only downside is the wait.. They make you wait before seating I feel so you go wonder in the game room… The wait for the food is also a bit longer then normal but it’s a not place to unwind and relax a little bit. I hate to burst the bubble but this really is not guys restaurant..The same company that owns the arcade owns the restaurant and it just has guys branding everywhere… Cool place but don’t go expecting to see Guy anytime soon .

I CANNOT say enough great things about this place! It was just perfect. I went with my elderly parent, my daughter & my grand girls and it was something for the ENTIRE family. The food was phenomenal, the waiter was Fantastic, the atmosphere was clean, comfortable & contemporary. Loved how everything, the arcade, Bowling & food were separated just enough so it didn’t feel crowded! Just Great! Can’t wait to visit again! The Food AGAIN is DELICIOUS!!

Okay! SO this place is just plain neat! Great curb appeal. We all tried the bacon mac cheese burger. It was good,unusual, and over filling. Guy I’m not sure it is award winning as the menu states, but Hey! definitely different. I give this place 5 stars because of its unique qualities. Food,arcade, and a bowling alley!!. Too much fun.

We had Dorian as our server & he was so attentive and sweet. We really enjoyed our time in that entire town. I haven’t been on a vacation since I was 7 years old, so going and finally having a much needed stay somewhere other than home was well spent here. Our final day, we ate at Flavortown and it was the cherry on top. Thank you for being such a sweet server. We got our food super quick & with a toddler, thats special! You made my last day memorable

First time going. The atmosphere is just so welcoming. I had an hour-long wait so we hung around outside until they had a table for us. We went in and ordered. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. The food was amazing except for my pulled pork sandwich. The gun was so greasy it was hard to hold on to. But the chili and trash can nachos were spot on. They have a huge arcade. The arcade is just about as big as the seating area. I guess they figure they can make money off you while you wait if they have an arcade. But overall it was a good time. They have a little gift shop with tshirts and sauces and things.

This is a place I have always wanted to eat. It was even better than I thought. The atmosphere was great. It had a bowling alley, a game room, a shop, and a bar. The bar made some killer drinks. The food here is so good. I can’t wait to go back again.

Darla and Melissa were rock stars with checking people in and with overall customer service! We had a decent wait time to be seated, as it was very busy at dinner time and those two handled the crowd like world class circus wranglers! We cannot wait to come back again!

Guy fieri would be proud, other then the 2 hr wait which we fulfilled with arcade time, everything else was fantastic!!! The food was wholesome and amazingly prepared. The trash can nachos were very good, as well as the bacon wrapped jalapenos, were all amazing starters. I had the Colby burger which was prepared perfectly, and my wife and kids had ribs. I ended up eating some of the ribs due to my wife getting full, and those we very meaty, and super tender. And our server was very pleasant and helpful. I hope to be back here again, this is probably the best restaurant in pigeon forge.
