Food is on target delicious, and I recommend them highly. Seriously delicious, especially for those like me, who search for spicy foods… although that is up to you. You get to choose how spicy you really like it.

Parking situation is nice and easy. Big parking lot which was convenient to get in and out of. The Birria tacos were so amazing. I couldn’t stop thinking about them after eating them. Very comforting and well balanced. Some of the best Birria tacos I’ve had in the state hands down! The margarita was decent. Definitely will be back for more tacos. The inside was chill with plenty of seating and comfy. Bodies by farny approved tacos for sure!!!!

Excellent food. You order at the counter so you don’t have to worry about being waited on/paying tips. I got a Colorado burrito for something like $13 or $14, it was huge.

I got The Birria taco’s and they Was fully loaded with meat! Very tasty and The conseme. They have a self serve salsa bar and drink station. All The sauces we’re very good. The owner Was super nice and really cared. He took orders, bussed table’s and greeted everyone. Great service and food I’ll definitely be back!

I couldn’t be happier that Sancho’s opened up a new location in the Gunbarrel neighborhood of Boulder. They make very flavorful and traditional Mexican food, and easily have the tastiest and best variety for a Taco Tuesday in all of Boulder. Sancho’s also serves a few beers on draft along with a house margarita if you are looking to wash down their food with an adult beverage. I personally am a big fan of their California burrito. It’s hearty and is packed with perfectly seasoned shredded beef along with some french fries which add a great starchy crunch. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for really delicious and well priced Mexican food.

Food was just okay. No food service, it’s an order counter. Essentially full service prices for self service average food. Atmosphere was loud and crowded, more like a busy fast food place than a restaurant. Don’t recommend this place for dine-in.

The birria tacos, al pastor, salsa, guac, and horchata are all great – not my favorite, but pretty good. The asada and churros are kind of bland. Otherwise pretty good

I ate at Sancho’s one time and also got takeout another time. I thought the menudo was good and so was the tamale. Also a pork taco and a beef taco were quite tasty. I wish I wasn’t leaving town because I would like to go back to try more menu options. The only way to improve this restaurant would be to relocate it closer to the main part of Boulder.

If I could give 20 stars, I would! I am crazy about the authenticity of Sancho’s. The street style tacos are so delicious and the tortillas and chips are freshly made. The tamales are so good, too! I love coming on a Friday evening to grab a margarita and queso while the live music is playing. I take my out-of-towners here all the time and they love it.

This was a nice place for lunch. This day I had a business lunch and it was great. It would be cool if they offered coffee. Lovely menu over all. I had blancios rancheros which is what I always start with at a Mexican restaurant. The other diners were pleasant and the wait staff was nice.
