Taco Bell, late night, don’t miss. Fresh and hot food and great drive thru customer service. Had a line behind me, so I wasn’t going to check my order, so I asked if it was correct ? They were ok. When I came in, nobody was at the counter so I ordered in the kiosk. It was convenient and easy. It took awhile to get my food, they didn’t give me my nachos and I was missing a hard shelled taco. I didn’t feel like going back in traffic to go back over there so it’ll be awhile before going back.

Used the kiosk and ordered a cheesy gordita crunch cravings trio and a Cheesy bean and rice burrito. Sat down to wait for my order and 30 minutes later, I’m still waiting for my name to get called. Went up to the counter to check on it, because I understand, stuff happens, and they tell me that my order doesn’t exist. Offered to show them the order through my email but the girl seemed a bit hesitant to look at it. Don’t know why. If it had just been a ‘Sorry about that, we bumped your order thinking it was done.’ this honestly would still be a 3-star review, but the lack of communication or any sort of explanation as to why a 5-minute preparation (which is how long it took for them to make my order after they magically found it), took almost half an hour and nobody even offered any sort of ‘sorry about that’ just seemed to rub me the wrong way.

There was spitting mucus in my drink that I didn’t notice because of the ice but when I went to pour the drink out from the next day I found that in there whoever gave the drink out should be fired because that is unprofessional and very disgusting

I visited this Taco Bell at 2am on my way home from work. Luckily they were open. I placed my order and proceeded to the drive thru. The lady working the window appeared to be upset. She took my card and closed the window. While I was waiting for my card and food I heard yelling. I looked up and the lady was screaming at whoever she was on the phone with. Not professional but hey maybe it was so serious that she needed to handle that in front of customers, who knows. The food was ok. Taco Bells meat has a strange taste to me as of lately. All of my crunchy taco shells were broken in half when I received them. Over all i guess if I was coming home at 2am again I’d stop again only due to a lack of options at that time.
