We ordered 2 large pizzas, both with white garlic sauce. One pepperoni and one snowy alps. We ordered a few hours in advance using the app, for pick-up 3 hours later. When we got there the pizzas were ready and they were hot and fresh. Crust was cooked perfectly, no soggy middles. We also tried the new garlic cheese knots and they were tasty also. We will be back!

Pizza was OK there are better pizza places in this town like pizza plus and D boni’s pizza. I knew this when ordering pizza. I wanted Mountain Mike’s because of delivery. After ordering I was told delivery would be an hour and a half but takeout would be 25 minutes so I decided to do takeout. When arriving to the restaurant I saw the delivery car parked So when I picked up my pizza I asked why so long for delivery. I was told because the delivery driver had to do dishes first, not deliver pizza. I guess customers can wait. I should’ve went to Pizza plus or D boni’s. Next time I will

Mountain Mikes is a chain, so their menu is standardized and if you go to one Mountain Mikes, the food will taste pretty much the same as any other. That said, this Mountain Mikes seems to produce pizzas that don’t swim in as much grease as others I’ve been to. Prices are higher than local competitors – a 14 inch Hawaiian is $30 with tax, while a 16 inch with the same toppings from D’Boni’s is $26. M.M. does send a lot of coupons out- we get them monthly, but for a generic chain pizzeria, the prices are high.

The pizza is good but the service is not. They seem to run this establishment perpetually understaffed. If they tell you your food will be ready in 25 minutes assume that will actually be 35 minutes. Once inside you’ll find it will take another 10 minutes to expedite your order. The employees don’t seem to have any sense of urgency and move at a snail’s pace, lacking good leadership and management I’d wager.

This place is absolutely terrible, we ordered a pizza 2 hours ago and it still hasn’t shown up and when we called to ask about it they kept wanting to put us on hold. Terrible customer service, I would definitely NOT recommend eating here. Take your business else where.

This is a franchise place, if you order a salad they want you to pay $8 for a bull size salad. If you go to the corporate place they will let you have all you can eat for less than $8. This pizza place on Main Street is very unfriendly and they act as if they’re doing you a favor if they serve you a beer everywhere else I’ve been they act like you’re a customer and they’re proud to have you. However this Main Street Pizza Place the workers are obnoxious and hateful.

Ordered at 5:30, was told 30 minutes for delivery. Asked for ranch to be brought with the delivery. 1 hour later my husband called and was told that the delivery already left the restaurant and should have been delivered already. Another 20 minutes and the pizza finally showed up. There was no ranch and they put bell peppers on the pizza when it was asked that the pizza not have them. My husband called and they offered him nothing to make the wrong right. Needless to say, we won’t be doing business with Mountain Mike’s Pizza again.
