Don’t try to use the outside drive-thru Lane. They apparently can’t hear you there, so they ignore you and keep taking orders from the inside lane. Ought to rope it off or something. Once I went inside, order came out correct and hot!

Granted, this being fast food, it’s better than most but communication is a little lacking with this store. I can appreciate being short handed when it comes to employees but at least post a sign saying “Lobby Closed”. Five people tried to go in the lobby while I waited in drive-thru (myself included) because there was nothing stating such. Just a locked door. If my work requires a sign for just about everything, this should be a no brainer for any restaurant.
