I went here for dinner and cocktails with a friend and was blown away! The 202 cocktail was a twist on the classic Moscow mule and the dirty fries were phenomenal. I also highly recommend the BLTA – yum! Overall great experience from the staff to the food.

I decided on having my wedding afterparty here at the Compass and it was a great experience. From the time I reached out to them to book our party to the night of, the communication was great. The drinks were delicious and the guests who enjoyed the late night snacks enjoyed them a lot. Even though we were probably louder than other groups, the waitstaff and clientele were full of kindness and good vibes. We frequently visit San Diego and will definitely be back.

This is a great bar and restaurant in downtown Carlsbad. One of the few places that is open late. This is a great restaurant with a delicious food menu. But it also has a great drink list. So don’t feel obligated to eat because a lot of people go there just to drink. It’s a little pricey, but very on par for downtown Carlsbad. Parking is difficult for any place in this area of town so it’s smart to always budget more time for finding a spot.

This gastropub restaurant is located upstairs in the Village Fare shopping mall in Carlsbad. Stopped by for lunch & tried some of their unique menu items. The beef skewers on saffron rice was pretty tasty The California burrito was bomb & they even have vegan menu items.
