If I could give 0 stars I would. Every single time I come here my order isn’t right in one way or another. Order soft taco supremes and NONE of them are supreme. I ordered a Mexican pizza and it tastes like chemicals or like something is rotted. It didn’t even have red sauce. They even read my order back to me and still got it wrong. I have given them multiple chances and each time is a let down. Take the extra time to go across town.

This Taco Bell is an absolute disgrace. They consistently never get my order right. The lady that works the window in the mornings acts like her life is so bad. You work at Taco Bell. Cheer up and learn how to listen and take an order correctly. Idk if y’all just bang out drugs in there or what but today was my last day coming to this pathetic Taco Bell. Good work! Please do not ever go at the end of the night ever. We should have known better the last couple of times we have went. They are often out of certain things. They often forget items and get upset when you ask for them. This is our taco and my daughter’s chalupa had 3 little pieces of steak. These are from 2 separate visits and on Covington avenue in Piqua. They also sometimes shut down early or intentionally leave their lights off a half an hour before they close. They also don’t know what comes in or on certain items.

I KNOW a great TB Chicken Chipotle Ranch Burito, and this one missed it! Wrap was too grilled and not well closed. Grandma got a Vegan Burito that she hated. I generally like those, but she said the rice was mushy. Pricing varies per location, too..

Literally waited in their drive for 20 mins being the 4th car in line. When I shouted if the first cars ordered had been taken then shouted back no and I left. I’ve never had a bad experience at taco bell. So this is disappointing
