I ordered 1pc Tilapia and Fries, both were very hard. Strike 1. Then had to pay $0.75 cents extra for lemon Pepper Sauce and Hot Sauce. I received a concoction of their version of hot sauce which taste like a wing sauce, and their version of lemon pepper sauce (butter mixed with seasoning) not a fan at all. Overall 2 stars, quality of food was not good. Customers Service and Cleaniness was 10 stars.

So I was hungry for some lunch and decided to finally give this spot a try, customer service was very friendly and prompt. The menu was very precise as to what they serve and carry, I didn’t wait long for my food at all at least 10 minutes at the most. Overall when I got my order the young lady behind the counter showed me my food and everything was on point as to how I ordered it, I could have swore I ordered a drink but it wasn’t on the receipt so I didn’t really care. So as I’m eating my food and get to the chicken Philly that I ordered it was big and delicious pause!!! The wings were kind of little but a pretty decent size next time and call me greedy I don’t care I’ll just get a 15 piece instead of a 10-piece and the blue cheese or ranch dressing that you get is kind of small in comparison to American Deli or any other wing place you go. But overall I’m just nitpicking but the food was delicious and I can’t wait to go again when I’m in the austell area or mableton area.

They will not start your order if you call ahead unless you pay over the phone. The person on the phone asked for my street address for my credit card which is very strange. I would advise not to share card details with this establishment over the phone.

Called ask for 30 piece combo. Which normally comes with large fries and drink. Also paid for to extra blue cheese. Sent the wife and she came back with small fries(same price) no drink. So I call and the guy on the phones say I didn’t ask for combo. I’m like I paid for combo and u didn’t give me the extra blue cheese or drink. So she goes back, comes home again with 1 blue cheese no drink and celery which I told her to ask for. Called again and he say that he didn’t know when she came she was there for me. I visit here weekly and always buy the same thing. So long story short the new guy stole from me and doesn’t even care.
