I really like Scores for multiple reasons. They have a large outdoor seating area with live music, it’s next to the river and the kids can go down and play, and due to the vast outdoor space they upheld a community feel during COVID when times felt bleak. The food CAN be great, it is hot or miss, but when it’s a hit… damn it’s good. I order the wings and there have been multiple times that they are way overcooked. I don’t send food back but there was an instance where they were so overcooked, I just couldn’t eat them and they were very understanding and had another batch made only to have them overcooked as well. But again, when they’re on, they’re some of the best I’ve had. Beer selection is great, lively atmosphere, kids can run wild… it keeps me coming back and it’s worth the dice roll on overcooked wings!

Was only waited on once. To get drink order and food at the same time. No one ever came back and we wanted to keep ordering beer, we needed utensils, and kids needed water. Place was only about 50% full. Won’t be coming back.

The service is alright, we go there for the atmosphere and beer the food is great but they usually either forget my order or get it wrong but that really doesn’t bother me, they always make it right and the outside area is awesome I’d still 100% recommend this Wonderful place.

Food took a hot minute to come out but was good, fairly overpriced for what you get back in return though. Had an amazing waiter the guy was cool as heck and was quick with the refills, made light talk for mood purposes and it wasn’t forced so you feel welcomed. The atmosphere was what you’d expect from a semi sports bar, it was loud but kinda mellowed out due to how late we happened to go. Overall absolutely loved it and my family had a great time

Nestled on the Nolan Creek in historic downtown Belton sits a great sports bar. There are TVs in every area indoors and outdoors. The walls are covered in local and state sports memorabilia. The food is made fresh to order and is outstanding for bar food. The wings are of the large variety which left me full way before I was finished, which doesn’t happen. The pizza and pizza rolls were also hits with our crew. Our waitress was amazing. She was very friendly, social, and attentive to our needs.

Cheese curds and fries were good. Bone-in wings were fine. The boneless wings stayed in the fryer too longer and were burnt, and we couldn’t tell the server because she didn’t check in on us. The two entrees came out about 10 minutes apart. Overall, service was pretty disappointing.

Went to Scores Saturday for lunch with my wife and her parents. They ordered a thin crust pizza, my wife ordered a veggie, and I ordered some boneless wings, Huckleberry flavored (the spiciest they have). Think we were all a bit disappointed. They seemed understaffed that day and the thin crust was way too thin. My wife’s pizza was ok. My boneless wings tasted pretty lifeless and they weren’t very spicy to be honest.

Awesome food !! Great service !! We came out to the the crawfish boil and the food was absolutely amazing. The chicken wings are the best in Central Texas as well as the fries and cheese curds where just insanely delicious. The service was very good and we where probably asked 10 times if we needed anything . The atmosphere is awesome as well and has a “relaxed party” feeling to it all the time . Very family friendly! Good prices as well .
