We use this store for our Pizza Friday order for our kid’s tiny school. They’re great. The order is always correct & it’s generally done on time – if they’re running late for some reason (it’s only happened twice this whole semester and both times it was because of something beyond their control), they call us to let us know. Cam is great. I highly recommend this location!

Twice within a month I ordered from Dominos pizza. Both times my order was messed up! I received a coupon for a free pizza and drink. My next order was completely wrong and I was supposed to get a refund. It’s been 8 days and I am still waiting. I called and complained. If I don’t get my money in 24 hours O am reporting to the BBB@! They really F” up! My company won’t order from them ever again.

This place is crazy. Not an employee in site for 5 minutes. I watch my pizza and others get pushed out of the oven and onto the floor. When I complained an old employee told me to #$@& off. When I tried to report the abuse to a manager they too were verbally abusive.

We have been ordering from this location once or twice a month for years (delivery and carry out). The only negative is the parking lot is small. The facility is very clean and transparent. The staff are courteous and workmanlike. The drivers are prompt and respectful and the food quality is consistent. They have made mistakes, but they are few and far between. When they do make mistakes they fix the issue really quickly.

I ordered a pizza from this location before and it was two hours late but they at least refunded my money. I ordered again last night, and two hours after I ordered I called the store to check on my order or cancel it. After a 15 minute wait on the phone, a curt woman answered the phone and let me know they were extremely busy and only had one driver but that my order was on its way and would be at my place in 15 minutes or they would refund my money. I realize that staffing is a challenge now so I was willing to wait. Another hour passed and I tried calling multiple times with no one answering. The tracker suddenly changed to say my order was complete, however I didn’t receive my pizza. I called several more times and only once did someone answer to then immediately hang up on me. I haven’t received a pizza and my card has been charged for the order. I’ve tried calling the branch multiple times today and have currently been listening to the domino’s recording for 15 minutes. Someone answered “dominos please hold” and I am still waiting. Understanding that businesses are struggling under Covid but this is beyond unacceptable and ridiculous.
