*update* We are DONE with this place. 40 minutes for a kids hamburger. Arrive a minimum of an hour before you’re hungry if you give this place a try. I’ve never stood behind a grill so I hate to judge, but that is an awfully long time for fast food.

The burgers are okay but the worst part is the service. The young woman was trying her best but she was literally the only person working during the lunch shift. Not sure why the owners aren’t willing to hire more staff but this place is destined to close if they don’t make big changes soon.

I have been here several times before and normally there is a wait but nothing too bad. This time I had to wait 45 minutes for two cheeseburgers and fries. The experience this time was not acceptable and it seemed the order was completed but forgotten about. The customer service felt rushed and tensions seemed high behind the counter.

Good, not great. They tend to go overboard on the burger seasoning and overcook the patties. For what you pay the burgers are small, and it’s not particularly quick. Not terrible, but there are many better burger options in Bend.

Well dang. Should have checked other reviews first. Also before posting went to their website to email this comment but no contact info was available. Same like others said 2 kids, almost 50 minutes later. And they put sauce on my kids burger and onions. (We didn’t order it this way and now was inedible)

Usually we love Left Coast, and have even had great experiences at the Grove in the past. However, the experience on a Monday night was different—very dry, overcooked fries and a dry burger, which took 30 minutes.

Literally everything we ordered was burnt and the fries were all hard and spongey, as if they were left our for 3 days and then reheated in an air fryer. The fry sauce was alright.

Terrible food. Terrible service. Waited 30 mins for our food. Had to remind the cashier we’d been waiting so long. Then our food came in < 2 mins. When food came, everything was over cooked. Fries tasted like the oil hadn’t been changed since the opened a couple months ago.
