I had no problems til the manager left to go to Atlanta highway store last Monday but it is horrible now! I ordered my usual marble cookie brownies and 1st off the smart butt working said itll be awhile before I can take your order! Then 15 minutes later a different person walked in and took my order! They said it would be 40 minutes!! I get home open the boxes to burnt brownies! I use to not have to check my brownies but now I do! So I send my daughter back to have them remade and behold she brought home 2 more burnt brownies!! I mean rock hard!

On 3/7/23 I ordered a medium thin crust pepperoni pizza with extra sauce and extra pepperoni. Well that turned out to be the best pizza I have ever eaten!!!! And the cashier even brought it out to my car. Wow, great pizza and great service. 5 STARS !!!!

This is the worst Domino’s I have ever ordered from. First of all, the young man who answered the phone could not hear me. Then the girl who delivered the pizza came to the phone and took my order. I ordered a large Supreme, light sauce!! There was extra!!!! I told her 3+4 times. Ordered cheese bread, no sauce for that! Asked about salads, ceaser, I asked if the dressing had lemon in it, she said no. Of course it did! Called to speak to a manager, he didn’t say anything, except. “The dressing don’t have lemon,” When there is a picture if it on the package! These people don’t care about their job or their customers? What a pity!

Literally walked in and watched them let the phone ring. I had to go pick my order up after waiting for the delivery over 2.5 hours. No apology and they weren’t even going to change my price until I asked for them to. They were literally going to let me walk out while being charged for delivery plus tip AND without my full order. Im not blaming anyone but its apparent that noone wants to work these days and those who are working are not held to quality standards. There is no such thing as customer service anymore. I am a disabled vet and literally had to get help to leave my house because my delivery never arrived and upon me arriving to get what I paid for it appeared as if it was never going to be delivered. Also they could care less. This store needs help. Maybe more workers, more training, better mgmt. Idk. But when I asked why they weren’t answering the phones I just got a “IDGAF” shrug. I was not the only disappointed customer who showed up. This store is lacking and im choosing really nice words. Great job Dominoes on N Memorial dr. (In my best sarcastic tone). I will NEVER order from this store again. Also I want my 10 points, I ordered through the app . If I could give -273 Kelvin cold stars I would. To the owners, mgmt, and workers….do better! Care a little!

Haven’t normally had any issues with this place but me and my husband ordered tonight and he got a over baked sandwich. About half way through eating the sandwich he sets it down and there is very obvious mold on the bottom. He calls the store and when gets to speak to a manager she says” I’m the one who made your sandwich I didn’t see any mold on it” so he asked if he could send a picture. No. So he takes it up there and when he gets there he is just told “it happens” all they wanted to do was remake it or offer a free one for next time. The manager was very rude and not helpful at all. Will not be eating here again.

Pizza was marked as done and boxed before arrival. When I entered the store to pick up my pizza I was informed by the only worker in there that one of my pizzas was made incorrectly and it would be another 7 mins. I said ok and went to sit in my car for several minutes. When I came back inside to pick up my order the second pizza was still not even started. When I questioned the worker about it she said she couldn’t control what the app was telling me and that she just put the second pizza in the oven and it would be 7 more mins. After standing there for several minutes the lady came over so I could pay and I asked if my order was ready and she said no I just put it in the oven it’s still cooking and it will be another 5 minutes. After paying for my pizza I sat down on the bench to wait for it to be done. When my pizza was done the worker brought it to me then made the comment “your customer complaint has already been noted” and when I asked what she meant she nodded and pointed back to another worker which I’m guessing was a manager. I told her that’s fine but I would still be submitting feedback online as well and she rolled her eyes at me. There was only one worker in the whole store at the time of arrival and two others came in after my second time coming into the store. The lady that was working had her ear piece in talking on the phone the whole time I was there. Pizza was undercooked and didn’t have any flavor.

First of all , they forgot half my order at the store. The driver acted like he didn’t even want to go back and get it. As if HIM forgetting my order was such an inconvenience to him. Then when he finally brought the rest of it , it was hard and cold. I waited on hold for 45 minutes to speak to a supervisor and no one ever picked up.
