Fun place but nine times out often you loose your money, they don’t pay what you be most of the time . Once in a blue moon you’ll get a little win but it depends on the bet like any other gambling ,the house makes sure they get theirs first and give you the scraps. Quiet place, good no nonsense service, food is delicious, and you get a great size portion, no leaving hungry, great prices! We all know that things cost more, and this place gives you your money’s worth. It is the only restaurant in all of Ellensburg, and I have tried all of them, that doesn’t SUCK! Save for Dirk’s that place is Fire! Sometimes I order pancakes to go, I get 3 short stacks and it feeds 6 hungry kids with left overs for me. Pancakes are delicious and gigantic, sausage, eggs, bacon, country fried steak all LEGIT! College kids please go to Jack in the box or that Alvacado toast place, I don’t want you all screwing up the only good place in town.

The food is really good but they close at 9pm and refuse to go orders 20mintues before closing and turn you away this is at a truck stop where Truckers go at all times of day those that run over night can’t stop and have a nice or decent meal almost ANY where after dark. If it closes at 9pm then 9pm should be when the last order can be placed for to go, up to 30 minutes before closing go to only to go orders. This isn’t right.
