Ordered a “hot fudge” sundae. It was pre-frozen. Ice cream hard and “hot” fudge was frozen. Soft serve ice cream isn’t supposed to be frozen hard and hot fudge isn’t supposed to be cold. Threw it away….

I paid for an upgrade on fries and drink. I received the large drink but barely received any fries. I only have a 30 minute break so there was no going back. I called several times but the line stayed busy.

Service a bit slow. Ordered a small blizzard and got less than if I would have ordered a medium cone. Not a good value for what you are charged for them. The blizzard I ordered was one of the Christmas ones but one if the ingredients in it was not there. Big disappointment.

Terrible service. Couldn’t go inside because it is drive through only. Four cars and 42 minutes later we got our 2 blizzards. Drive through person only said dairy queen, did not confirm the order, and gave us a total. Order was wrong and apparently made when we pulled up because it was already melted. No hey, thank you, or any other form of verbal communication. Just took out wrong order, which was close enough, and left. Zero f’s given.
